When we booked through Booking .com, it was showing " everyday service" of room as a facility but when we reached hotel, they told us that they will charge $ 50 for first cleaning and change of sheets after third night. We spoke to them about the facility promised at the time of booking - so they did room service after the first night but forget totally after second night ( not even tea/ coffee/ milk replacement) - we managed and then they did full service after third night. I think there is a bit of glitch between what you promise at the time of booking vs. what there standard services are - I believe it can be resolved. We are quite accommodative - except for this everything else was good including staff, courtesy, breakfast etc.

Great location, magnificent views.
The only negative is that parking was a bit far from hotel.

Amazing staff - Amazing location- Easy Check in and out. Hotel design so warm and welcoming- foyer. Amazing seating area.Valet service for parking made it easy to leave and return with the children and luggage.
Stepping into the room was a little disappointing- furniture old and really does need an upgrade...damaged and chipped.TV service - very poor - couldn't beleive we couldn't access the standard streaming apps - wasn't a smart TV.Found this odd for the price you pay to stay here.. No full length mirrors-again for $$$...doesn't cost much to add at least one.Room service was not available for our room - (310).We were here for Easter Sunday - you couldn't tell - also tried to book the Spa but they were apparently fully booked - yet the three days we where there- not one person coming in or out or at the counter - regardless of the time of day we walked past.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect as it’s not in the hustle and bustle but it’s only a short 10minute drive to Q Town. The resort links with a lake walk which is stunning with higher views which I would say are even better than the lake walk on the other side of the lake that leads into town. The heated pool, spa and sauna were lovely and really made you feel like you were on holiday. We had a beautiful fire place in our room and stunning lake views. The buffet breakfast is really good for NZ resorts. Staff were all friendly and we were upgraded into a suite to celebrate a special milestone. Overall so pleased with our stay and we will be recommending to friends. The parking is additional $16 a day but honestly so worth it.

From the moment we arrived staff came out to greet us both. Smooth move with luggage escorted to our suite. We had a spa treatment booked in the evening and the ladies were so professional both Michelle and Maykua, beautiful spa and staff exceptional. Stayed for 2nights over looking the lake and mountains, lovely appointed 1 bedroom suite, heating and lighting perfect. Large bathroom and under floor heating. Breakfast was included and it was equally first rate. Great selection and ability to order own off menu eggs benedict highly recommend, this also looks over the lake and you can have dinner and lunch as well( the staff at breakfast are to be commended so efficient and kind). The pool(25 metres) warm, however can still do laps, jacuzzi and gym facilities are all great love you can access gym 24/7 and pool till 10pm👏👏 loved out stay and will be back. On checking out the lovely Mohammed and Bastien, assisted with accounts and bags to car. Ever moment was perfect.
No complaints at all

I thought the hotel was in a great location, the rooms were well equipped minus a coffee plunger, beds were comfortable and the views were lovely. I found the ‘Pinot pit’ morning of departure which was wonderful but a shame the pit and the water taxi option to town was not better advertised as we would liked to have used them.
The room below had smokers on their terrace. The smell and smoke rose up and into our room so we had to close the balcony doors, very unpleasant I would have moved rooms if not so late at night. The balcony was joined with next door, therefore I did not feel comfortable sleeping with our blinds open to allow waking with the sun (and views) incase the child next door peered in, a divider is necessary for privacy.

Having just returned from a two week trip to Brisbane and Sydney prior to our Queenstown trip and previously staying at a similar level of accommadation, what made our Hilton Queenstown stay stand out was the quality of the service from the staff. EVERY interaction with a staff member, even if just in the hallway or lift in passing, was was an experience of warm friendly smiling service, a genuine sense of caring that our needs were well met and that we were enjoying our stay. Full credit to all of your staff ...... and a big pat on the back for the person responsible for implementing your excellent staff training program. Its working!! We also enjoyed both the spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom facilities. Superbly well presented, neat, very clean and well presented. Super comfortable bed made for great sleep in a nice quiet, peacefull environment.

We had the most amazing time in Queenstown staying at the Hilton. It worked out easier staying here for a longer duration of time due to how busy town was and how close this was to Remarkables mountain. All the staff were so professional and helpful, there is a booking table/staff for any activities you want to book during your stay including lift access and/snow gear hire - saves you the headache and it doesn't cost you more. The food at the restaurant was so delicious, our room was spacious and even a partial view of the lake was so beautiful. The location is more isolated however that means more scenery and less noise. Having access to the pool, hot spa and sauna after a day on the slopes was so helpful, and not to mention a beautiful professional spa on site. We absolutely loved our stay!
If you are staying at the Hilton then you should already be prepared for things maybe costing a little extra, like parking which is $16/day and food (which is well worth it). There aren't many options for food outside of the hotel or shops to access, so having your own vehicle is recommended.

Great stay! Beautiful location, comfortable room. Great breakfast, and dinner at Stacks. You can catch the water taxi straight outside if you wanted to go into town
Just a few things, didn’t really actually bother us but for anyone else to take note of.. The hotel is a bit of a maze. The reception is down a windy road to that left in what looks like an underground car park. Parking is free if you park back up the top of the windy road which we did, you have the option to pay or find your own. Our room didn’t have any info in it so we had to guess where everything was and didn’t know what time anything was open till. Would have been great to look at some menus, water taxi info ect. Room wasn’t super clean. Fingerprints, stained couch ect. We had a great stay nonetheless :)

Stayed one night as part of our 20th wedding anniversary as the last night in Queenstown but would’ve stayed more if we could’ve. The Hilton Resort and Spa is very classy. Our checkin was exceptional with Melissa and staff at the grill for dinner and breakfast were fantastic. You know the staff have been trained well when they wait to let you walk in front of them, which I encountered at the breakfast. They were all very courteous. It was also a nice touch to receive a mini bottle of wine, chocolates and a note for our 20th wedding anniversary. Would definitely stay again.
