Nice little place, after hour check in and out was available so very grateful! Very close to airport and amenities! Room was very comfy and home like. Views are stunning! Little gym with treadmill was also handy. Right across from a little cinema too! There is a google chrome cast for the tv was great surprise!!!

Sadly we had some unwashed pans and pots in our room on arrival, however we just scrubbed them and got on with it! Dryer is a bit loud easier to take it up the road to the dry cleaners so you don’t disturb your neighbour rooms! Hotel parking is very limited however a short walk from the pay to park from down the road.

Good location for us. Close to the airport & about half way between Queenstown & Arrowtown. We had a hire car so it was central to the locations we spent most of our stay at. The room was well appointed - decent sized fridge/freezer, central heating/cooling, equipped kitchen & cooking facilities (not just a microwave), decent shower, comfortable bed. There was even a washer & drier - we didn't need it during our stay, but it would be very handy for longer stays.

There is not enough dedicated car parking. Admittedly we were there over Easter & there were a lot of people staying. We didn't mind having to use a nearby paid public car park one night of our stay, but it was also full & all the other parking in the vicinity was allocated to residential buildings or other accommodation providers. We risked receiving a parking ticket because of where we parked that night. That was our biggest frustration.

Clean and tidy place away from the crowds in a nice situated area, with a nice little cafe right downstairs in the lobby.

the beds were just two singles put together so there was a big lump in the middle idk if this is normal considering we booked for the deluxe king apartment but I’ve never had that before. the air conditioning was also a bit iffy the room was either to hot or to cold even though we kept trying to adjust it. Parking was also annoying so keep this in mind if you don’t want to spend a extra $11 for parking per 24hours.

Great front desk staff got us into our room early. Nice comfortable room was great to just hang out in. It was like a home away from home with a kitchenette and laundry. Great drying room for wet ski gear.

Ominous looking stain on the mattress protector visible through the sheet. Too scared to take a closer look. Maybe they should just throw away stained bedding. If you don't get one of the hotels 24 car parks get ready for an $85 fine. Parking wardens prey on unsuspecting guests and strike early. Move your car before 0730.

Location was great, so close to the airport and walking distance to shops, restaurants and cinemas. The room was lovely, very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Lack of parking on site was an issue and the temporary carparks across the road were not well lit or easy to find instructions on how to pay. I know that these sites were not owned by the hotel but it looks like further development will happen thereby making parking even more difficult.

The location was perfect The room set our new standards and idea of what standard hotels should be Was so good we booked to stay on our last day in NZ so we can leave happy , refreshed and comfortable Thoughtful for travellers, option to cook own meals , washer , dryer , comfortable bed , close to supermarket , tea and coffee , warm room with optional extra blankets, clean bathroom with no mould - can't recommend enough

The dry although an amazing addition and very thoughtful , was super loud and could hear the neighbours use it ... minor issue though

Stunning view, as we were on the side with a direct view to the mountains. We were upgraded to a unit so this enabled us to cook and wash. Service was excellent. Close to airport meant easy drop off of car for departure. Easy walk to local shops including New World and Pizza Hut. Room came with Sky TV package including some Sport and movies. Frank’s Pantry on the ground floor was scrumptious, up until 2pm.

Limited parking, but we didn’t miss out on it so it’s a very minor consideration. Otherwise it’s $9 per day at the public parking, which is close at hand.

A busy location yet pleasantly peaceful and quiet, I enjoyed being able to walk to the supermarket and use the kitchenette in the room for more than just making tea. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable. Slept like a log. Breakfast was in the cafe on the ground floor - great coffee and a good selection of bakery products.

I found the bedding a bit light for mid-winter (no electric blanket) and had to pull out an extra blanket. But there was one available.

The staff were all absolutely lovely, I was impressed that they went beyond answering questions we asked and told us extra things we might (and did) find helpful. Also got our parking ticket waived (parking guy couldn't see our ticket due to frost). I spoke to three different ones on the desk and they were all excellent, could tell we were in a place where hospitality is a key industry. The room we had wasn't mountain facing, but the building across had reflective windows so we could still see them! Room was clean and tea/coffee/hot choc topped up daily which was awesome. Nice cafe downstairs too.

The parking situation is really not good. Ie, there are no parks and if you do find one you're going to get a parking ticket (which the girls at the front desk are fabulous at dealing with so you don't have to pay, but still.) So much construction going on meant Google took us down a closed street, but it was easy enough to see an alternate route. Probably wouldn't stay with a car again, but if using public transport it's an excellent option.

There was a washing machine and dryer in our bathroom which was great, and the room was lovely. Free parking also good. The backdrop is stunning (the Remarkables mountains). It is in a brand new district luckily with quite a good choice of restaurants. Good value for money.

The housekeeping was not very good. Reception closes in the evening so misses that 'luxury' feeling. The hotel is far away from the town centre so need a car or bus into town.
