Nice little place, after hour check in and out was available so very grateful! Very close to airport and amenities! Room was very comfy and home like. Views are stunning! Little gym with treadmill was also handy. Right across from a little cinema too! There is a google chrome cast for the tv was great surprise!!!

Sadly we had some unwashed pans and pots in our room on arrival, however we just scrubbed them and got on with it! Dryer is a bit loud easier to take it up the road to the dry cleaners so you don’t disturb your neighbour rooms! Hotel parking is very limited however a short walk from the pay to park from down the road.

Good location for us. Close to the airport & about half way between Queenstown & Arrowtown. We had a hire car so it was central to the locations we spent most of our stay at. The room was well appointed - decent sized fridge/freezer, central heating/cooling, equipped kitchen & cooking facilities (not just a microwave), decent shower, comfortable bed. There was even a washer & drier - we didn't need it during our stay, but it would be very handy for longer stays.

There is not enough dedicated car parking. Admittedly we were there over Easter & there were a lot of people staying. We didn't mind having to use a nearby paid public car park one night of our stay, but it was also full & all the other parking in the vicinity was allocated to residential buildings or other accommodation providers. We risked receiving a parking ticket because of where we parked that night. That was our biggest frustration.

The location was perfect The room set our new standards and idea of what standard hotels should be Was so good we booked to stay on our last day in NZ so we can leave happy , refreshed and comfortable Thoughtful for travellers, option to cook own meals , washer , dryer , comfortable bed , close to supermarket , tea and coffee , warm room with optional extra blankets, clean bathroom with no mould - can't recommend enough

The dry although an amazing addition and very thoughtful , was super loud and could hear the neighbours use it ... minor issue though

Stunning view, as we were on the side with a direct view to the mountains. We were upgraded to a unit so this enabled us to cook and wash. Service was excellent. Close to airport meant easy drop off of car for departure. Easy walk to local shops including New World and Pizza Hut. Room came with Sky TV package including some Sport and movies. Frank’s Pantry on the ground floor was scrumptious, up until 2pm.

Limited parking, but we didn’t miss out on it so it’s a very minor consideration. Otherwise it’s $9 per day at the public parking, which is close at hand.

The staff were all absolutely lovely, I was impressed that they went beyond answering questions we asked and told us extra things we might (and did) find helpful. Also got our parking ticket waived (parking guy couldn't see our ticket due to frost). I spoke to three different ones on the desk and they were all excellent, could tell we were in a place where hospitality is a key industry. The room we had wasn't mountain facing, but the building across had reflective windows so we could still see them! Room was clean and tea/coffee/hot choc topped up daily which was awesome. Nice cafe downstairs too.

The parking situation is really not good. Ie, there are no parks and if you do find one you're going to get a parking ticket (which the girls at the front desk are fabulous at dealing with so you don't have to pay, but still.) So much construction going on meant Google took us down a closed street, but it was easy enough to see an alternate route. Probably wouldn't stay with a car again, but if using public transport it's an excellent option.

Although it's not in Queenstown central, everything we needed was close by. Was happy to be in Remarkables Park and not be in the chaos of the town. Great view of the Remarkbles from our room too. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Car parking was a bit hit and miss. Not enough car parks for the building. I booked this hotel for the availability of car parking. If you didn't get a park, you had to park in a paid public car park a block from the hotel.

Clean good location reasonable price great views. Close to restaurants and keeping out of the crazy traffic of Queenstown

Parking! There are only 18 dedicated car parks for guests so many miss out. You can use the retail carparks after hours (after 5pm - 7am). BUT be aware the parking infringement officer starts his day at this carpark to get his quota. He will ticket everything that moves that’s illegally parked, plus rego plus wof. He checks every vehicle..!

The hotel room was quite modern and new. It had all essentials, including a fridge and a kettle. The beds were quite comfy with nice pillows.The reception staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is well-located in a very close proximity to Queenstown airport (5 min drive or 20 min walk), which was very convenient for us as we were flying away from there. The hotel includes a lovely coffee shop serving the biggest caramel croissants we've ever seen, and the coffee was very nice too. Also, the hotel opposite has an excellent Thai restaurant - the salmon there was amazing!

The room and the bathroom were quite small. Also, the car parking space was very limited, but we were lucky enough to get a space on each of the 2 nights.

The friendliness and competence of the front of office staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Late check in facilities were almost impossible and definitely stress creating trying to key in the code in the dark and then even trying to open the key holder in the dark. Definitely needs better lighting and clearer instructions of exactly where the code is working, on , above or below the line and the tiny clumsy mechanical keys.

First timers in Queenstown and couldn't of asked for a better place to stay! We had the most beautiful view of the mountains from a large window on the 3rd floor, large comfy bed and nice cozy warm room. The staff were lovely and friendly and they treated us to an upgraded room to celebrate my 35th birthday with my partner. I absolutely loved everything about our stay and will most definitely be back to explore some more! Thanks team for being a part of my birthday and making it that much better 👌❤️
