So close to the CBD, easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Great price for Rotorua, with free on-site parking. Room was cosy, clean and tidy with a small kitchenette, with crockery and utensils if you wished to cook or heat up meals, some coffee and tea provided. Comfortable bed with large bathroom. Great room for myself and my husband.

No milk in the fridge for a hot drink, by the time I realized after coming back from dinner and drinks the office was closed. Bathroom was a little dated and curtains let in a bit of light, especially form headlights when cars entered the carpark.

The room was large and well equipped, however the TV was very tiny and the heater and microwave was dated. The location was a plus as it wasn't in the suphur smelling side of Rotorua.

The microwave was very dated and would have preferred a larger screen TV. The mattress was also a old spring based on. If a few 100 dollars are well spent, these things can elevate the experience and provide a competitive advantage. The location is already a plus so it will boost occupancy with more repeat customers.

Our unit was spacious and clean.The motel is quite central and close to shopping centres.The elecltric heater was very efficient at heating the room so no electric blankets were needed.There were adequate facilities for cooking and the cooktop was properly cleaned.The water pressure was very good in the shower.The lazyboy chairs were very comfortable.As we always take certain needs when staying at motels we were comfortable at this motel eg.our own pillow.

The pillows were fat,the bed a bit high for short people and the mattress firm.Milk not in fridge or given on arrival like most motels but is available at office.The lazyboy chairs were comfortable but getting the foot rest back in position was very hard especially for older folk,foot rest needs kicking hard with heal to get back in place!!The 2 desert spoons are more like tablespoons?!

Location was excellent, 5 min walk to city centre and restaurants/ cafes , lakefront. Staff were all very lovely friendly and very happy to accommodate changes eg late checkout! Felt very welcome. Older property but very clean comfy beds

Would have loved a full length mirror as daughter was dressing for a wedding- there were several mirrors which was great though! Another Shelf in the bathroom and/ or bedroom for toilet bags(so they don’t sit on the floor when there is more than one person using the bathroom)) would be nice .

Friendly staff who accommodated our request for an early checkin. Great location across from Rotorua Central Mall. Very clean with good parking. Mirror inside wardrobe door was very handy. Bed and chairs were comfortable. Good supply of appliances in kitchen and bathroom. Didn't use the spa bath.

Only heating was electric plug in heater in living area. Ceiling fan but no heatpump. Shower was over the spa bath with no grab rails.

I checked in late and stayed only for one night. The lady was nice to put me into a very nice studio unit with a spa bath and 2 big Lazyboy chairs. The kitchen and the appliances were very clean but I didn’t use it. The king bed was very comfortable. The place was very quiet. I had a very good sleep.

No heat pump in the studio but a small oil filled heater for winter and a ceiling fan for summer. The night I stayed was a bit cold so I added an extra blanket on and moved the heater closer to the bed. It was OK for the night.

Clean, good-sized rooms with very adequate facilities. Bed was large and very comfy and room had everything we needed. We stayed for two separate nights, one before and one after a local tramp, and was able to leave our car there for the couple of nights in between whilst we were away which was fabulous and very much appreciated. This was the big drawcard for this motel and the accommodation didn't disappoint either. It is also situated right across the road from a large supermarket and amenities so is very central and handy and yet was also quiet overnight. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing. Had to ask for a tea towel and milk for the room but that was obviously just a minor oversight.

The room was a very clean, comfortable bed, nice big spa bath/shower, kitchen facilities were good. It was close to town, there was parking on site

The heater didn't work very well and no heat pump, both evenings were cold. I booked a room with recliner chairs as both me and my partner had injuries, but these were not in our room and the staff member said we were in one of the 2 rooms that didn't have them. Bit disappointed as this was one of the reasons I chose them. Everything else was amazing though.

The bed was comfortable king size, the lazy boy chairs and spa bath a bonus. Very close to the mall just across the road. In the room was a kitchen with a stove top. Our unit was at the bottom and the end which was perfect. Even though there was no air on the ceiling fan was perfect

There was nothing not to like as our stay we were attending a funeral. We would stay again.

Loved the big shower, recliners, bed was super comfy and bedding was warm. Great location, good parking, staff were awesome, moving rooms for my elderly parents.

Both times stayed here, there were minimal tv channels to watch, as not wanting to sign into netflix, not super important but as it was raining this time, spent a little more time in the room
