Neatly maintained warm and inviting motel with vintage charm and a nostalgic feel. Room was large, quiet, spotless, with comfy beds and excellent inbuilt heating and kitchen area. Owner was real friendly and and kind. Lots of parks and no issue with parking. Great location near the city centre and shopping. Overall, this was exactly what we needed: quiet, clean, comfortable, and well-located with a bit of charm. Would absolutely recommend to reset and recharge. A+++ experience!

Everything was perfect, nothing bad to say about this accommodation. WiFi stopped working properly for a few hours in the late evenings for some reason.

The owner is very kind and friendly. If there is problem in the room, he could solve it immediately. There are several big supermarkets and shopping places near the motel. The location is perfect. Although the motel is vert closed to the avenue, there is no problem for a good sleep. The room keeps warm due to the steam pipe of the spa.

Sometimes the Internet connection became weak.

Location was good, however, without a car the walk to the centre does become a bit long. It is just over 1km so nothing terrible just a long journey multiple times a day

The room was exactly what we needed, good size and had sky in the room so we could watch the rugby. The owner is awesome and even helped up park the vehicle as we have quite a large vehicle:

The parking area is quite compact but we still managed to park a ford ranger in there

Great location service is great always welcomed with a big smile from the owner, yes the place is due for a bit of an upgrade but it's still good nothing fancy it just feels so welcoming.... Will use this place every time were in Rotorua... aaa+++

Loved Aaryn Motel, lovely garden out the back to relax in. Lovely friendly owner, clean and tidy facilities, had a kitchen unit to cook a meal. Close to town and the mountain bike park. Very organised and comfortable, we slept better than our own home!

The owner greeted us warmly and politely. He had turned on the heating the room so it was warm and cozy when we entered from a very chilly outside. It was very clean and tidy and it felt very peaceful.

Nice clean, old style motel the gardens are well looked after. Very quiet even though on a main road. The owners very pleasant. The towels were refreshed on the second day and replenished the tea bags which was good

Harding bed but jus our preference some people maybe very happy with it.

Room was good, it was clean and bed was comfy. The location was close to the places we wanted to visit. Easy access to the cafes and eateries.

Since was traveling with older parents the only discomfort was the could hear the people staying next door talking loud at night till late.
