Like the place Motel was good very nice + everything was clean smell good like the spa pool was clean Staff was good Our tv wasnt working then i ask staff they help me out And lady was nice to us and my kids Good thing motel was close to some food shop So we went night time for walking with kids and buy some food and it was cheap for us to stay this motel Thanks so much hopefully see u guys again And if any more cheap deals with motel send me email please

Room 15 is very cute ,comfortable and we truly enjoyed the privacy of a spa all covered over. I would definitely come back and stay again

The flooring around the spa felt a little unsafe ,water ,wet feet may slip over on the painted wood. Maybe some non-slip adhesive strips. The cheaper way would be to paint the wood and sprinkle sand over it after painting just so you have grip under your feet.

Staff were very accommodating at prep my room & sending me off to get comfortable in my unit. The unit was ample yet well prepared for my immediate needs. Lovely stay, I will look forward to more stays here 😊

That insurance hasn't paid up to get renovations of a destroyed part of this lovely hotel repaired. This is essential to hotel patrons.

Property is in a good location to the town. It’s got the basics you need for a couple nights stay, spa baths were a hit with our kids they loved it so much. Also the beds were super comfy and access to sky was a bonus too!

The carpets are poorly stained and not many chairs to the table we had so we couldn’t eat on the table but other then that it was fine.

The rooms are very comfortable and convenient for traveling. My first time in New Zealand, everything was very beautiful

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Golden Glow Motel. I have been coming to this same motel for over 5 years now and am never disappointed. I am always well taken care of and if any problems arise, they are instantly sorted with no difficulties. I want to say thank you to Sharon and Martin for making my stay this time round much better. Looking forward to staying here for many more years. For anyone who is travelling to Rotorua soon, I strongly suggest you stay at the Golden Glow Motel.

it was a high point of the stay

probably, some stuff like tissue rolls and towels can be kept in stock inside the room. though the tissue rolls were added next day, our room did not have enough towels the next day of the stay. We just had 1 for the room for 3 people.

The spa was nice, the room catered to our needs, the room was also nice and warm when we arrived. Location is so convenient, supermarkets across the road, town and amenities all in walking distance.

Our room was a little out dated, our parking spot was under construction, so we parked on an angle, no drama though as I think that room owns the two parks I was on. Don't expect great views on the ground level either.

the room was clean and tidy. Was in need of some upgrades like replacement carpet, hole in storage cupboard needs repair, hot tap on kitchen sink would not turn on, broken arm chair, and broken dinning table chair, used shaver on top of shower wall

Close to town centre an fast food places, walking distance. Loved the kitchen. ( good size) an Spa bath nice an deep. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts were lovely an friendly.

Would say it just needs some new carpet, an the Cobb webs cleaned from the ceiling in the Spa area.
