The cleanliness of the rooms , living room , kitchen and especially the toilets . I just love the eating table with a cute beautiful flower vase .i felt so please and satisfied with the room . It was worth of paying for the apartment . I just enjoyed my stay for the night . Great work keep it up . Hope I will get a nice room on my next visit

Well the parkings but Iam Algood with the property . I might keep booking the rooms in future whenever I come to stay for a nights in Rotorua

Property was as pictured and had everything we needed. Smart TV was awesome for relaxing in the evening to a movie. Very comfortable and cosey. The staff were super helpful and accommodating especially since we did not account for the rain and they dried our wet clothes for us, we were very greatful. Perfect for family of 4-5. We had our teens with us who loved their own space. Was also able to do a late checkout on request so fantastic!

Could not use the spa pool as it was raining and the roof over it was very leaky. Not covered enough. Would have made our stay a 10/10

The space was cozy, and had everything we needed. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the host – she was absolutely amazing. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Parking was tight but we opted to park roadside anyway which was no problem for us.

Room was spacious and very tidy for 6 of us. Beds were comfortable, except for the sofa bed, but that is expected. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were very accommodating and were always there to help. Location was good. Carpark was plentiful. Had hot tub, but did not use.

Laundry did not look very clean, did not use. Carpark was tight in space. Room had a strong floral-like smell, which is quite overpowering. Otherwise, nothing major that ruined our stay.

Ok so it wasn't the Ritz, & the parking was a challenge, cos of the Shit parkers staying there & the overgrown trees, but the beds were comfy, the bathroom was large, the downstairs kitchen/lounge/bedroom was sufficient, & the upstairs bedroom minimal but nice, & the spa area would have been awesome if I'd got the time to use it 🙁

I have travelled a fair bit, and would say, hands down, the lady who manages this hotel was the most friendly, warm and solicitous host I’ve encountered. Such lovely service really made our stay a pleasant one.

Always love having our own private spa, the beds were comfy with lots of spare bedding, the room was clean, and the manager was very polite and attentive.

"Quiet time" hours in your policy need to be adhered to & dealt to accordingly. Had to rise early but next door neighbors were loud all night till wee hours of the morning.

The owner of Baden Lodge Motel was very welcoming,I really liked how it gave a homely feeling, like being at home. Very spacious for a family of 3 or 4 .

I found it to be really cold in the room, and having more than one heating would be appropriate to help warm the rooms up and keep them staying cozy.

As soon as you get there you are greeted with a smile. The manager of the motel was awesome and such a lovely lady. Highly Recommend staying here.

Location was perfect Room was large for a family of 5 Had a spa Place was tidy Cheap Staff were lovely Was nice and warm Late night check in

There are some areas that could do with a clean, like the shower head, taps in bathroom and on the spa, there could be some general maintenance that could do with some attention
