The bed was comfy. The location is perfect. The spa was small but nice. Easy check-in and checkout. Customer service was great.

The wifi couldn't reach into my room. The bedroom could use a tv. The grounds maintenance could use some work.

We had a 2 storey unit. The rooms upstairs are beautiful with high triangular ceiling, creating special holiday experience. My kids' room has 3 comfortable single beds and a wide window. My husband and I got a seperate bedroom. This was a perfect set up as we were together upstairs. The living area was downstairs with so much rooom. The spa bath was huge. I didnt know spa bath cpuld be so big. We had a great time in the spa after a long day walking. Unfortunately we only booked 1 night and had to go somewhere else the following day. My kids were crying their eyes out because they loved this place so much. We wish we could come back soon.

We stayed for one night, really enjoyed the stay the room was lovely and clean, spa tub was Devine and exactly what we both needed, Aircon and the extra fan for the lounge was nice. Beds were comfy, could do with netting curtains but other than that enjoyed our Stat, would definitely stay again. The new owners were lovely as well, we were able to do an early check in which was nice.

Outside rubbish, but new owners had just taken over a week prior to our stay and were stull getting the outside all done, none the less our room was lovely and clean. Staff were very welcoming and nice family. All the best guys 😁

Our room was nice and accommodating. The staff were lovely and answered all questions and responded almost instantly when we had a concern or request. Spa was amazing especially after a long day of sightseeing. A lot of privacy for the most part.

Wifi wasn't as stable as we wanted it to be, it kept dropping we hardly got to use it. The water pressure and temperature wasn't the greatest, was difficult to find the right temperature as it was either really hot or really cold. The stove/oven had no identifying marks or icons on it, it was quite old and was kind of annoying on figuring out how to work it. The parking situation was tight fitting and could have easily turned out bad for most part if you weren't extremely careful going in and out.

Location was good not too close to town to be busy, but not too far drive to get into city. We stayed 2 nights in 1 of the family rooms.paid $375 for 2 queen beds 3 single beds, spread between 2 bedrooms upstairs and a small kitchen lounge and spa bath downstairs. Electric blankets on evry bed and free wifi.well worth our money.free beverages and clean towels for rooms plus laundry room with washer and dryer.definitely would stay again and longer.

Just I think when all rooms are vacant wifi may not work.thats the only problem ours had but otherwise so well worth the money.

Other than the hiccup to the shower, this place was the ideal place for our 1 night stay. Very lovely service, very spacious and had comfortable beds. Close to the township too. Thank you!

The cleanliness of the shower could really be improved. And I’m not sure if it’s the hot water system in the area but our shower took very long to heat up and if you turned the shower head an inch to either side (hot or cold) you would either get boiling hot water or extremely cold water.

Good location - 20mins walk to Te Puia, & a longer one to the city center. Clean & comfortable. I especially liked the communal table & sun chairs for early evening sun. Staff very helpful. We had a basic room, spacious & well equipped & great value for money.

Parking was a bit tight for huge 4 X 4 vehicles that people seem to have these days. Perfect for standard cars though.

I enjoyed the general vibe of the location, it was nice, relaxed and not too busy. The staff were easy to talk to and handled requests swiftly. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have cooking facilities and a bathroom. The place smelled good, and was clean. There were some minor things but the host told us about those and provided ways to keep them in check so it did not bother me at all.

I have no complaints about this place at all.

The location was close to town, friendly staff, very clean facility, spacious room, with 2 king size beds, very clean room, has all things you need . She was so welcoming. This we be one of our places we pick to stay when coming to rotorua.

Just the shower was a let down. The temperature of it was hard to adjust. But did notify the owner of the shower before we left.
