Brilliant location for getting around as Fenton St is one of the main streets, but the rooms were set back from the road, so noise was not a problem. Nice touch was the external seats at the door of each room, enabling me to sit and enjoy the evening sunshine. The staff were all friendly and room had everything I needed. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board. Full streaming TV but to be honest there's so much to do in Rotorua I didn't watch much till I got back at night.

This is in no way a gripe, but as an older traveller, it was great to be able to have a private spa bath, however it would also have been good to have separate walk in shower rather than clambering over into the spa bath each morning.

The shower was spraying all over the place and flooded the floor the showers need to be updated the carpet and couch was all ripped needs a little TLC my bed was hard as rock other than that was a nice place the room was warm and the manager was very lovely always good to have nice staff

- Loved the private spa pool, which was very handy considering we were visiting Rotorua for a Rugby League Tournament and with all the walking we done over the 3 days, it was a need! - Had all the cooking utensils needed to cook simple meals and a microwave and also an option to use the in-house cooking facilities which was adjacent to each unit. - Fresh linen provided daily, even though we only used the floor mat and hand towel, It was nice to receive clean ones. -Basic necessities were provided even though we brought our own. Small carton of milk, dish wash liquid, toilet paper, hand soap/shampoo/body wash.

- It didn’t bother us much as we weren’t at the property during the day, however we did have a leaking toilet. It wasn’t from the toilet itself but we did have to keep cleaning it up. - Toilet room was a tight squeeze especially for someone on the larger side had it been an open plan bathroom/toilet it would have been much better.

Excellent location, evrything we needed-location suited us, room had everything we needed, appreciated the iron & loved the Spa. Loved that we could book a extra night at late notice & it wasnt a hassle to pack up stuff & move rooms. A great stay thank you.

No list of phone numbers/addresses in room of where anything is, i.e fish & chip shop/ takeaways/restaraunts, laundramat, supermarkets, chemist that were close by

Good Location, close to supermarket and restaurants We stayed in the Twin Room, it was comfortable/ clean and had plush carpets , the room had everything we needed for our short 3day weekend and the staff are friendly and hospitable. Bonus is the private spa bath and the car park right outside the door 👌🏼

Pillows were quite hard but that was the only negative

Attention to detail when cleaning. Blinds were very dirty. You had a pot but no cook top. And the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. But we still enjoyed our night there.

Excellent location and the owner very friendly. We were in Rotorua for the Easter weekend with our kids. 6 adults and 3 children. Rooms were excellent and comfortable.

I liked the spa - well the kids did. Also the location was central for the occasion we were in town for.

Instructions on how to turn the heater off, it got too hot and we tried to turn it off but I'm not sure if we did? Ended up sleeping with windows open which wasn't safe for the family.

Accommodation was clean, cozy and comfortable. Good size beds and space. Liked how car is parked right in front of room so not far to unload luggage etc.

This isn’t a bad thing but could be a deal breaker for others - plumbing fittings for kitchen sink, bathroom sink and spa are old school ie separate hot and cold water taps. Bathroom - shower and toilet - on the small space scale so can be a little tight BUT water pressure was great. For summer time, accommodation has no aircon unit.

I liked that the room was warm and cozy, it was tidy and kid friendly. The private spa bath was good for the kids. The price was good too. It was a good choice.
