Very clean warm room with heat pump, good location with supermarkets and shops within walking distance, safe private parking. Despite having somewhat noisy people in the next room, we could hardly hear them in our room, only in the hallway.

The strong smell in the rooms of the Rotorua smell, could put natural fragrance in the rooms. Price was a bit high for what it was, similar motels were equipped with a spa bath and jacuzzi for less (Winter stay). The loo paper is the thin cheap stuff, so fold it a few times to prevent smelly fingers lol. Bed is uncomfortable for heavier people (120kg), sinks down in the middle. Woke with a very sore back every morning.

We had an unexpected visitor on the first night hubby emailed staff that night but we didn't hear anything back ,,, we got bk from our outing had to go ask for some insect killer flyspray so hubby could kill if returned the 2nd night which it did and boom it's life was over when we woke up told the staff the announced visitor (cockroach) is now dead..when we were checking out. Then the motel said ty for letting them know upon leaving and said they would Pest control the room thought we might have got some discount after that episode hubby rewashed the some of the dishes before use not all were that clean just saying It was a bit dusty and the couches had a couple of rips apart from that everything else was a pass staff are friendly though just being honest

Great location. It was easy to walk into town if you needed. The room set up was great and had everything you needed. Nice space to hang out at the end of a busy day.

Was surprised that they took a $200 bond, as we didn't have a credit card. So be prepared for this if you are staying and don't have a credit card. It was back in our account after we checked out. The shower was a little annoying, changing temperature from hot to cold during the shower. Park was also a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle, like a ute.

Overall it was a Nice experience. The Rooms were clean. I really LOVE the fact there are NO Cushion pillows and that's on the Bed. Also I don't like the Blanket that most motels dress up at the foot of the bed. The reason is, it's not washed between guests. I just like clean white sheets and pillows. So that's what this motel provided.

There were a bit of cobwebs in the general area near the reception. But when we pointed out to the staff, they were quite appreciative and got it cleaned right away. So it was all good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and this was absolutely perfect for my family and the reason we were in Rotorua. It was very clean, plenty of towels and extra pillows (sounds silly but these are things that are usually missing) however not for this place. Location was perfect ! Everything so close, easy access in and out. Great knowing we had our own carpark right infront of our unit.

Great stay! The reception/manager was lovely and provided me with an extra heater (I am a cold person) and remembered my name each time we saw each other! I was upgraded to a bigger room on arrival. I was able to park my hire car outside my window which was great. You can get change from reception for the laundry facilities. Everything in Rotorua was about a 6 to 10 minute drive from the motel, so it was a great location! I was able to walk to my car hire place (RAD Care Hire 10 - 15 minutes).

The car park is a little tight, so you just have to take a little extra care.

Very clear, warm communication from the beginning from the staff. We were able to check in earlier than expected. Our Queen Deluxe room was pleasantly spacious, modern and super clean. Comfortable bed and had everything we wanted. Quiet room at the end of the hallway, motel was very close to the supermarket, on a quiet end of Fenton Street. I would definitely come and stay here again.

Emily was helpful and responsive! The instructions for self check in was simple and easy to follow. The reception was a close distance. We had our own parking in front of our room in the first floor. There was a small mineral pool accessible to guests, it needed booking but was well contained so it felt private. Our rooms were big. It had a smart TV and our own spa pool, outside which instructions were also easy to follow.

Just some minor things that didn’t degrade our stay, but would be awesome for it to be revised. The beds were on the softer side. I didn’t lose sleep but not sure how it would help older quests. The shower box door leaked water quite a bit to the point we had to lay down another towel on the floor. There was some hair on the kitchen dish brush so just used a rag instead.

Good location on Fenton street and had nearby eateries either walkable or short driving distance away. Room was clean and large. Had cooktop stove and cooking equipment which met our needs.

Assigned room was on the second floor and there was no lift. The stairs are not flat so care needs to be taken when going up and down. Other than that it was a pleasant stay!

Location was excellent. Close to town and exceptional Restaurant close by. Internal Room entry was very well received and security and feeling of safety was excellent. Quietness was excellent having the blackout curtains was very good as we came in from a different time zone and were tired with the daylight saving and our body clocks not in sync so the ability to rest in the early evening was appreciated.

Carpark was a little tight but we did have a larger vehicle.
