The spa was awesome in the room

The neighbours over the fence were loud until 4am father and 2kids outside yelling..3small tubs of milk for 2days no top up on coffee..no clean towels..brought our own..need more pillows

Staff were helpful willing and polite Loved the spa and beds we're comfortable parking and safe

The stay was nice.

The kettle didn't work for filling hot water bottles. No one was available in reception. There was a sign that reception was out for a while. After trying twice we gave up as it was getting late.

Loved that we were on ground level, room was clean and tidy, room had everything you needed, spa was awesome as, great communication with owners

There was no hot chocolate lol bed was uncomfortable after traveling all day just wanted a comfy bed

Location was perfect. And hostess was super friendly. And very accommodating. And over worked from the amount of running around she had to do.

The place is tired, the owners need to spend money on a revamp, the carpets are thread bare, and the place was outdated. Over priced for what you get.

The utensils! It was great to have the plates and cups and things for cup of tea!

The smell! It has a weird smell. Maybe some air freshener would help.

Very warm, especially as it was cold 🌧 raining had a good night in watching TV, cooking facilities, toiletl bathroom were good

The main thing was there was no curtains by the kitchen, as light from neighboring property beaming in, bathroom needs a upgrade, kitchen and sleep area also the radiator with a heat guard, ok for adults but not children

It was excellent value. A good sized room and large bathroom with great shower.

It'd be good to have a confortable easy chair to sit on when watching the tv, rather than having to make do with the chair which goes with the dining table.

Loved the spa bath in the room. Great location close to town.

Room needing a few repairs and maybe a deep clean. Wandering if emergency housing people were staying here aswell due to the arguing and dangerous behaviour first thing in the morning. Not sure I would have booked here if I knew that.

Nice and spacious especially for the grandkids. It was awesome to be on the ground floor.

I didnt get a chance to visit the mineral pools. Not your guys fault that was mine. Big bed was comfortable but the single bed felt hard.
