We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kings on Peace! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring everything was spotless — even the jacuzzi was thoroughly cleaned, which meant a lot as my daughter has severe allergies. The overall vibe was just perfect; it truly felt like a peaceful escape. This is without a doubt one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had in Rotorua so far. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and ideal for both families and solo travelers looking to unwind and recharge away from the stress of work and daily life. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

We honestly loved everything about our stay — there was nothing to fault. Every detail was taken care of, the host was amazing, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

We loved the spacious and modern apartment. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, though we didn't use them much. The apartment also had a washer, which is the big BONUS to us during a long trip. I just wished there was also a dryer in our unit so that I didn't need to use the drying rack. The sulfur smell was pretty strong, but I guessed it's just normal in Rotorua. Overall, it was a pleasant 2-night stay. I won't hesitate to book again if traveling to this area next time.

The room is very cozy and nice. It is exactly the same as photos in website. Room was very quite as well. We parked the car right in front of our room - very easy to go in & out. Kitchen is also very nice as well. We really loved everything there.

Location was not in the center, but only about 10min (or less) by car. As everybody needs a car to go around in NZ. it is not a criticla issue. To have something outside, we should drive cuz it's difficult to find nice restaurants nearby - there are couple of places, but we did not visit there.

A great spot for our family to spread out and we loved having a full kitchen and laundry. Comfortable rooms in a quiet spot away from the town. Close to Te Puia and only a short drive to the Redwoods Forest. Its slightly out of town which we appreciated.

You are close to the thermal park so does suffer a little from the sulphur smell but it really depends on which way the wind blows.

Loved the cleanliness and the comfort of the open plan kitchen and lounge area. Large enough space for our family of 2 adults and 2 under 5s. The private spa right outside the room was a nice bonus. It was our second time staying here and would go back in the future.

Only improvement could be the shower head pressure. There was not enough pressure.

Very roomy, (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and second toilet). Fully appointed kitchen. Beds comfortable, good selection of pillows. Centrally located, not far from most things.

Would have liked some milk in the fridge for a cup of tea. Couldn’t get the toaster to work, not sure what i was doing wrong. The washing machine was supposed to have a drying function but i couldn’t get it to work.

The team here are wonderful and the facilities are above and beyond. Very clean and comfortable, close to the city centre, very spacious well kept apartments. We were lucky enough to be able to watch the league without having to leave the apartment as it had full SKY tv coverage - its the little things ❤️

Nothing to dislike

Both the property and staff were exceptional. Everything was clean and extremely well maintained with comfortable beds and furnishings. Our apartment was quiet and secure and within close proximity to shops, restaurants and attractions. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

The only fault was the washer/dryer combo in the unit which made it difficult for families who may have one than one load needed to be done.

Excellent studio apartment! Everything appeared new and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location!. The TV was huge and latest model. The bed was SO comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The manager walked through the apartment with us during the check-in process and made sure we knew that the staff was always available if we needed anything

Your first greeting at the office makes you feel you have made the right decision. Then on from there you are shown to your room instead of , their's your room number and keys and left to it. The cleanliness of the room and glass and tiles that sparkel back at you , you know time has been spent cleaning not just a quick makeover.little things like, "Enjoy your stay and if their's anything you need ,just sing out. Thats welcoming to me.
