Property was nice and cosy,Was lovely to come back from a long day at sports and Settle down in the Spa bath,Beds were so Comfy Family really loved it,

Just one down side,Check in was at 2pm but the office had sign “Come back later etc” There was a number to ring but kept getting sent to Voicemail,So I came back at 2:40pm Office was still closed ,I thought Check in being 2pm the office should have been open ready for Customers.

The beds were comfortable. Location was Prime. Heat pump was great in the lounge.

There wasn't anyone at reception when we arrived, even though I sent our arrival time. We were actually early but 15 minutes and ended up calling someone who gave us the number for the key box. To be more efficient they could of emailed me the number and keybox number so we werent waiting around.

I was in one of the rooms upstairs and it was definitely more spacious than I was expecting. Very comfortable. Ample space to store things in the room and the kitchen was tidy and had a pot and pan and utensils to do some light cooking. The bathroom had an amazing amount of space and was super comfortable. AC and wifi were amazing and plenty of power outlets everywhere. Also the owner was great and very friendly upon arrival and check in. There was a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for $4 use. I didn't use the dryer as the room had a little closet nook that was great for hanging the clothes to dry. There were some wooden hangers provided in the room which came in handy for that as I didn't bring enough myself. Nice big and comfy double bed. As with other accomodation along Fenton Street, great location that is close to everything and also ample parking.

The mosquitoes....just don't open the windows at all. The front door area initially had a ton of mosquitoes too....wondering if that mysterious tub of water on the balcony ledge outside the room had something to do with the mosquitoes...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome but they weren't annoying or in your face. The room felt comfortable & nice & clean. We felt it was great value for money as it even came with a private spa. My daughter mobilises in a wheelchair and although access wasn't perfect, it was still good enough that she was able to access everything. There was off street parking and a smoking area. The beds were comfortable

There was an iron but no ironing board. Could have done with a full length mirror in the room.

We stayed in the Studio with the Spa Pool - was very clean and a pleasant stay for a weekend away. Location - very close to everything! was amazing, yet off the main stretch of road so nice and quiet. Room - beds were incredibly comfy and adequate linen and towels, extra blanket just incase you are cold. TV - had a tv in the room with standard TV as well as the option for Netflix, YouTube etc. Kitchenette - has a hot plate which was super useful for us! No oil or any condiments so definitely take your own. Bathroom - very good, shower head was a bit funky to use and had to be twisted a certain way but not a massive issue for us. Spa Pool - took about 45 minutes to fill up, so take that into account if you are wanting a spa in the evening. Super hot, good jets, really enjoyed the added feature! Overall, a great place to stay in Rotorua, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this to friends and family who are travelling through or to!

The location good. About 5 min drive to town centre. We are party of 3. Two separate beds. One when you enter the room and the other in a room. Shower is good with amenities. Kitchen has enough utensils for takeaway or cooking small meals. Toaster and kettle to use. Fridge has milk. It seems it is normal for motels to have milk it for tea. There is couch and kitchen sink. Entire room is spacious for 3 people with baggages. The reception guy was also friendly and happy to help. Laundry and dryer is available for $4 each load. Laundry detergent is free. Definitely will stay here again.

Extremely clean room with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Rooms look like they have had a recent light refurbishment that has been done well. The owner went out of his way to make your stay comfortable. Located on Fenton a 2min Uber ride to eat street and the lake front. We loved the spa bath, this would be great for families! Bed was new and very comfortable.

The walls were a little thin so there was minor noise from other guests but nothing major.

We found our room exceptionally clean and modern with all the facilities we needed. The scented smell of the room when we came in was relaxing and a good start for our holiday. The bathroom was spacious. Our bed was extreemly comfortable. It was quiet with a good outlook but located in a very good spot for access to Rotorua's activities.

The only problem l had was that in the quiet of the night l could hear the motor of the fridge in the next door unit switching on to get up to the right temperature then switching off. Our own fridge was quiet changing temperature.

Rooms was spacious and clean, facilities were excellent. Kitchen and bathroom well appointed and had everything that was needed, perhaps a little basic with no luxuries per se, but everything in good working order. (Although only instant coffee making - shock!)

Shower drain needs to be cleaned out, the shower wasn’t draining water correctly. Walls were thin and I could hear other guests being loud until very late (or maybe they were rowdy outside?), but this was not really under control of the motel staff.

Staff was very friendly, location was as good as Rotorua gets, contrary to other reviews, my connection with WiFi was remarkably fast and steady.

My room looked like someone started to renovate it but went away before finishing the job. Half a shelf in bathroom is missing, bathroom door is really poorly constructed: you can see through huge gaps on the sides and opening it fully bends the doorknob. The studio was clean on the surface only. Dishes in kitchen stained from previous guests. There are no hooks on the walls to put stuff, except for one wall in closet. Lots of single use soap and shampoo.
