Its in the shopping centre,you can walk around.

Parking for first in people,but parking outside the motel will be a worried if someone trys to break in or get towed.

Room was good, bathroom somewhat recently renovated. Laundry facilities on site but didn't use. Parking is a little small but one can park on the street for free after 5 pm so it wasn't an issue. Plenty to do in walking and short driving distance.

if I compare apple with apple this is a great apple. a small private room for a dorm price, was a pretty good deal. comfortable, clean and nice, i couldn't expect more for the cost i paid.

no much view from my window but i didn't really care. i had a good sleep that's all i need

size of the room is ok. there is bunk in my room, good enoug for me and my husband. good price. provide clean towels. shared bath room is clean. I love the duvet couver, it is so cute. the staff was very helpful and warming. very good

Astray Motel became a little home for us while staying for ten days in Rotorua. The staff couldn't have made us feel anymore welcome and comfortable while staying in the town. It was one of those stays that only adds to the experience of your trip and truly made our time in New Zealand that much more enjoyable. Will 100% be re-booking the next time we visit!

I love the convenience of the location .walking distance to mall,lakes restaurants etc.The price is 1 of the lowest if not the lowest in Rotorua.This is where i stay whenever i go to Rotorua .1 of the cleaners is really lovely sorry i didnt get her name.maybe i shouldnt give them a great review cause when i need to stay in Rotorua it may not have a vacancy lol.

Its is right in town so perfect you can walk to to shops but get in early to secure a parking or park and wait for someone to leave.

I think it was too expensive for a small room and no guarantee parking. We were lucky we parked and waited and as soon as one of the guest left we drove in and parked there for the night. The pillows were really flat, wish there were more in the room as we were tired and too lazy by the time we notice that there were only 4 flat pillows.

Location was extremely good could just walk around town close to everything you need like shops bar across the road .cafes just there...bed was so comfortable love it..nice and clean..pefect place to stay..

there really nothing bad to say...if your rooms upstairs in the back they supply heaters so that was great
