The staff and the owner were super friendly and helpful they went the extra mile to settle you in, showed you where your allocated parking was and how to access the 3 thermal pools they have available and also offered milk for your room. The room was nice and warm and the cooking facilities were great as we could make meals in our room with the oven/ stove, microwave, fridge freezer available. Good cooking/ dinning/ sitting space. The shower pressure was great, definitely washed away the travel dust!

Decor and utensils are a little outdated but definitely manageable and useable.

Receptionist was helpful and pleasant. Our allocated room was upstairs but I asked for a room on the ground floor and this wasn't a problem. Room was good-sized for three people. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary equipment and utensils. Very clean. Air conditioning and a fan in bedroom. Good sized pool and also a mineral bath. Close to town, within walking distance. There was a spa bath with our room. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet considering how close we were to town.

Not a major but ...although parking was free, it took a bit of maneuvering to get our car in and out when the unit across from us parked their car outside their unit.

We liked that the room was comfortable, fast wifi, just suited our needs after a while day of adventure. Bonus use of clean pool and spa! We also liked the location, it was very central. They have lots of brochures, maps and discounts to help you with your Rotorua adventure. Lastly, staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

The room could have been cleaner. We got excited when we saw our room came with a spa pool, but was told it didn't work. The outdoor area where the spa pool was could have been cleaner too. Airconditioning was also a bit and miss, but in the end it served it's purpose.

Grace was lovely and welcoming. The room had everything I needed. It was clean. Towels were super soft. Spa pools and swimming pool a bonus. There was a laundry and a washing line. Wash powder provided!

It was a little dated and dark. Also, this isn’t a major criticism, but I didn’t really need my towels replaced after 1 day. I only stayed for 2 nights and would have been happy from an eco point of view to have used the same towels.

The pool was great, the kids absolutely loved it. Our beds were comfortable, linen was fresh and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. There were 10 of us and our towels were topped up every day of our stay. The family room had almost everything we needed for our stay.

We thought it might be a great idea to leave either a broom or a small handheld vaccume in the big family room, lots of kids equal more mess than normal and that also goes for the rubbish bins. Other than this we very much enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved this location and facilities. I didn't have very high expectations going in. I just needed a bed and a car park. I didn't even necessary plan on using it. Was in rotorua for a race and knew I'd be running overnight. What I got was so much more! Huge bed, even a spare for guests, clean and stocked kitchen, even a private hot tub. Location was excellent. I'm already booking the same place for another run in rotorua :) Brilliant experience all up

This place allowed us to extend our checkout time for a fee, which was super handy. I also needed an extension cord, and they eagerly helped. This place was super easy to find with a roundabout nearby for just in case you missed your turn-off.

There had been personal spas there in the past, and maybe one day they'll be able to provide these again. The price would have to reflect the private spas, though, right? This price is great value.

That the room was on the ground floor shower was walk in (not over the bath) the staff were super helpful. Pool was nice and warm and it was a great few days away. The team were easy to ask questions about the place as I was booking for my mother inlaw. They went to the room to help get the tv going for them. Thanks team.

Great location that suited our needs well. Staff were kind and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests prior to arrival (parking in view of room and allowing our small dog in the car) We loved the swimming pool which was warm enough to swim on a cold winter's morning and also the small thermal pools to warm up afterwards. The unit was immaculately clean and reasonably well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

We had clearly booked for four people but the 4th sofa bed was not made up ready for our arrival and we had to go ask, and then ask again for another towel, cutlery etc. We booked a room with a private spa in a courtyard attached. When we asked for the plug to fill the spa we were discouraged from using it saying it was too cold and hard to keep the spa warm, but the plug was given. We felt if a spa is advertised it ought to be set up for use... in particular there were no floating rubber covers for the spa which is what is commonly used to retain water temp between uses. This is poor management and after advertising the spa to attract guests it borders on a transgression under the Fair Trading Act.

The staffs n the boss were really friendly n helpful. And the location was great as there were several attractions nearby. The facilities were a plus, with the multi stoves and heater bathroom too. Will come during our next visit.

Parking was alittle tough as the space allocated was tight. Manuving down the driveway was a good test to see how skillful the driver is.
