Great location, Clean, had all we needed. After hours instructions were easy to follow, and collect keys etc. in 3 rooms we hired, all had little to no soap in dispensers. Assumed trying to save, as it was the same in all the rooms. Would be beneficial if hot pool was hot 6-7am. So ideal at this time of morning and it is what you expect in Rotorua. 9amish is too late (everyone checking out at 10am) Everyone in the pool, had the same comment, as were sitting in a warm pool. All went for a hot shower after, which must be more costly to you.

We did go into this stay a little confused with booking.coms disruption not having enough context behind the communal showers and toilets, however It was fine for us, probably because it was off season too and there weren’t many people staying there. Our kids absolutely loved the gocarts and pools.

The only thing was with the holiday park is the no smoking in the grounds. Although we do smoke and we are clean smokers who clean up after ourselves it was a bit scary walking out to smoke at night. And the only other thing was the communal showers and toilets. Although it was fine for us if it was a bit clearing on booking.com we would have booked a room or rooms with ensuite’s. But other than that it was fine and we would definitely stay again. We totally understand auahi kore etc. even if there was designated smokers area at one end of the park that would have been fine too.

It's a mix camping ground motel type place. If you don't wanna hear screaming kids at 8 in the morning maybe dont go here. Pool is also hijacked by kids and very careful daddies. Evenings are better they go to sleep but pool is not opened all night. Maybe allow adults only from 20:00 to midnight and spa should be also adult only after 20:00

I'm not saying it's bad but parents are not parents in 2025. Bathroom needs some love and care basic full renovation repaint and so on .... light outside of the unit couldn't be turned off and came in via the glass door had to cover it with towels make it darker for the night Nz average hotels charge 160-170 $ in Nz but it's worth 100 if we are all honest same with this place

affordable and location was great. Also enjoy the free wifi, with a bit of music playing on the tv. Staff was very helful, we were supposed to check out 10:00am but then we were late packing, so we call them if we can depart late 10:30am and they agree.

the cleanliness of the room esp cups/plate in the kitchen, also body wash in the shower only a small amount was left inside could not get us to the next day as there was 4 of us. Hot pool was not hot when we were there in the morning and the swimming pool was not even open in the morning.

We stayed 2 nights in a 3 bed/4 person room with kitchen and bathroom. Room was a large size with a covered patio porch with outside table. The Holiday Park has swimming pool and 2 hot pools. Parking located very near the unit. Conveniently close to the downtown area. We would choose to stay in this park again.

The entry into the park complex is located at an awkward intersection - which we missed more than once. Only complaint - I was able to use the hot pool one evening, however the next evening the water was cold. VERY dissapointed.

Awesome holiday park, we were able to have the grandchildren comfortably in a fun & safe environment (we live in the far north & the kids are from Rotorua) Our time together is precious so booking a larger cabin for us all was like a home away from home. It was spotlessly clean & the staff were incredible making sure we had enough towels etc. We liked being close to all amenities.. including 1 night of delivered takeouts.. Highly recommended accommodation and centrally located, we would definitely stay there again 😊

The location was great, close to town but nice and quiet. The units were so comfortable and stylish and everything we needed was there. The hot pools were divine! The staff member I spoke to was very helpful, informative and friendly. They asked what time I would be arriving as there reception closed at 6pm. They sent details through straight away on where to get our room key from and the relevant information for the code locked gates and the free wifi. I would definitely recommend it and will be staying again in the future.

Only thing I could say would be that the bed I slept on was quite hardl. Everything else was great!

Good facilities comfy bed, good location, clean and kitchenette had all we needed also laundry facilities handy and easy to operate via app site. Thanks for the spa vouchers due to mineral pools not working that was awesome polynesian spa was lovely.

Nothing really not sure if we should have had milk provided and the heat pump did not work but was all good had a fan heater which warmed the room quickly.

it was close to the city center, the mineral baths were great. didn’t know that we booked a room in a camping park, but it felt really nice and safe. there is a gate for entering and exiting where you have to enter a code. lots of places to cook etc if needed

we were there during easter holidays so lots of kids screaming in the pool. you could hear the neighbors talking in the mornings and the TVs

Comfiest beds ever! Our room was great and clean, and it was lovely to have a smart TV, fridge and private dining space outside each cabin. There is ample parking at the accommodation. Staff at reception were very accommodating. Need to BYO cookware/crockery/cutlery otherwise you can hire this from reception ($20 cash which will be returned upon checkout). We didn't check out the spa facilities but it's a nice feature to have!

The shared bathroom/toilets are a bit far away from the standard cabins, so it is a bit of an effort to get to when needing to go at night/overnight. The two women's showers drained fairly slowly.
