We got a free room upgrade which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and explained everything at check in. The parking was available in front of the hotel and was free of charge.

The breakfast. There was no coffee machine, but only little bags of instant coffee (same as in the rooms); The food variety was definitely lacking and the quality as well (will come to that later). The only bread available was toast bread. There was no sliced cheese. Sliced salami came in only two types. The salami is what I suspect to be the source of what I can only describe as food poisoning, as that is the only thing I have eaten throughout the day and my partner, who had no issues, hasn’t.

The staff were delightful and were always eager to please. They were helpful and kind. The room was a great size and was well-serviced with very comfortable beds. We were a group of 24 together and stayed for six nights, so we had a good opportunity to give this hotel a chance to shine. The location of the hotel was brilliant with Woolworths across the road for the necessities. Cobb and Co, McDonalds, Burger King and Rotorua Central shops are all on the next block. The main town centre is an enjoyable walk all the way to Eat Streat where there are great restaurants to enjoy. The continental breakfast was good with a nice selection of options daily. The whole stay was excellent and we will be returning in 2026.

The room was very clean and the bathroom facilities were nice. We especially appreciated the good coffee in the room.

Not the best value for money, for the price we paid for two nights and breakfast we expected at least a few hot items at breakfast but you had to pay extra for a hot breakfast. It was a good spread, just all cold items which was not nice when the mornings were cold as well.

The front desk was very helpful during check-in. The cleaning staff were friendly and offered additional milk and cookies as we are a family. It is very thoughtful to have a fruit bowl and tea coffee making facilities in the reception area. Our room was quiet and positioned thoughtfully by the kids' play area, which suited us. Plenty of car parks are available. Excellent pool area and spa.

The only negative is that they don't fully service the rooms daily. But for a 2 night stay it doesn't matter much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and tidy. It's a very family friendly hotel but I didn't find it overly noisy. My teenager enjoyed the pool area. We had breakfast at Jet park too and it was lovely. Plenty of variety and well stocked. Highly recommended. We will stay again next time we are in Rotorua.

Our room was booked for a group of 4 but there were only 2 bath towels in the room. Not a big deal, the staff were very prompt at delivering two more towels for us.

It was quiet, clean comfortable and most importantly safe. It was pretty close to everything you needed. Woolworths and bottle shop across the road and tour pick ups close by. Can walk to shops and Maccas. Management were fantastic and staff were really nice. And I liked they gave you bottles of real milk not 4 little pots of long life milk, the stuff you never have enough of. Thank you. It's the little things.

Nothing really. Bacon and eggs wasn't on the brekkie menu but it was still a great continental brekkie. Just enough to start your day.

The rooms are clean and tidy . Staff were pleasant. Has a lift to rooms. Close to town.

The noise. You can hear car doors and rooms doors slamming closed most of the night The parking, very tight squeeze so pretty much when you park don’t move your car again. Would not fit a trailer. We have a ford ranger Ute and squeezed around the building and luckily found an end park When we got there just after 2 our room was not ready but another room away from another family member was a 10 mins wait. We decided to just take that room as we didn’t want to wait any longer.

The room was a comfortable size nicely decorated clean and quiet. Parking is free and easy to park in

The tv only had local channels no sky or Netflix When you book a room with breakfast it doesn't mention the fact that it is only continental and you only find this out when you arrive at the hotel this seems a little sneaky. The breakfast was just ok.

It was the best kid friendly accom I have EVER stayed at. Kids play area right outside our door, the outdoor trampoline & the spa and pool were great. The pool was warm. The breakfast was also a good deal my kids loved the pancakes and yoghurt pottles. It is located next to z station, across from Woolworths & alcohol store so we got some supplies easily. The staff were amazing too super helpful and accommodating!
