Quiet despite being close go road AND single-glazed windows. Heavy condensation inside of window suggests poor ventilation. Air-in vents (in ceiling) but no air-extraction? Nice smile and cheerful "good morning" from room-service lady, Monday morning.

Suggestion: a bottle of milk (maybe a packet of UHT milk) in frig, to enable that first welcome cuppa on arrival. Or the offer (by reception) of a bottle/packet, at check-in. It is quite a long walk to nearest dairy.

Great location and having free parking.

Shower drains needed clearing as they didn’t empty properly and there was a smell from blocked drains in the bathroom. The bathroom door needed oiling and made a lot of noise when using it at night (we told the staff on the first day but nothing was ever done to fix it)

The room was nicely presented with a comfy bed and pillows, good air con unit and friendly staff

I was disappointed that the room was not serviced on the Sunday as we were charged the full room rate for that night. It meant that Monday there was no clean towels of coffee The shower pressure was very weak (aware that is difficult to fix) but the actual shower head unit appeared to be broken and kept falling over.

Was very clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great, convenient location.

My only dislike was that there was no HRV/Ventalation system (apart from a standard bathroom aircon) and windows couldn't be opened; fresh air couldn't really be let in and living-room windows fogged up often.

Spacious room, very easy check in and check out (even not during normal working hours). Close to city center (15 min walk) or 3 mins with the car. Good views over the lake and mountains. Parking places in the premises.

Windows are not opening, however this is not a big issue (we used the ventilation system). Certain smell in the bathroom sometimes, probably coming from the sewage system (not all the time)

Just out of town so not noisy at night despite being on a corner of two roads. Close enough to walk into centre for bars & restaurants. Clean studio apartment, no milk in fridge but did have cafetière coffee & range of hot drinks. Washing machine (with powder) & dryer in bathroom. Friendly staff on reception.

Not much storage in bathroom, one little shelf over sink but there is a mirror in the bedroom on the wardrobe door.

Space was great, staff were very accommodating, added an extra bed to our room last minute no worries. Laundry space in rooms was great, no need to come home with washing.

Only real negative would be that there were no small milks provided, only creamer. Definitely not ideal. Also the rooms not having windows that are able to open, our apartment became quite stuffy with 5 people and no access to fresh air flow.

Location, cost, air con great. Everything you need in the studio room including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, easy/free parking!

Noise upstairs from stompy guests (not the hotels fault though), but it can be noisy on floors below, and there was a beep that went off all night, not sure what it was, maybe smoke alarm battery low.

Nice location and tidy facilities. Staff where very accommodating to our request.

Needed a tad more food storage if you intend to cook like we did. The toilet was so squashed into the bathroom that you knocked off the toilet roll with your knee. Needed to be higher for clearance.

Good location, short walk into centre & boat jetty. Close to bars & restaurants. Friendly staff on reception & very helpful/informative. Nice to have washer/dryer facility especially after getting wet at the river. Nice surprising touch to have cafetière coffee.

Not much storage in bathroom/ no shelf for own toiletries.
