Close to the lake and the township. Bathroom was pretty new and had very nice quality fittings. The tile floor was freezing on this midwinter overnight. Lounge kitchen and bedrooms were good overall and thanks to the air con we stayed warm overnight. Being able to park under the wide overhang out front meant only the very back of the ute had ice on it. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was in a separate little eating room. Very good location.

Cold tile floor in the bathroom. The rooms are obviously a little old but have been decorated and we're very clean and well resourced.

Great location, 3 minutes walk to the lake shore, 10 minutes walk to the main area for bars, cafes & shopping. The property is all ground level units - older but well maintained & impeccably clean. We had a studio which had an equipped kitchen with electric hobs, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots etc. Full Sky TV service. On site breakfast restaurant- the price was included in our room rate. Full cooked or cold/continental fruit/cereal/yoghurt/toast & preserves/pastries. The hot option was refreshed as guests arrived - excellent!

Our unit was in a back corner (nice & quiet), but the external guttering had pulled apart & with overnight rain both nights of our stay we were woken in the night with rain water cascading out of the gap in the guttering (we only discovered this was the issue just before checking out). Reported the issue to reception, so hopefully will be fixed.

The plunger hot pool in the room was good. Although the room was dated, it had the right amenities needed, and the room was cozy.

It was a very tight squeeze for our Hyundai van for our corner room. It didn't help that our neighbors also had big vehicles. 🤦‍♀️ Thankfully, everyone did their best to make space. So maybe check first if you have a big vehicle or make sure you don't get a corner room.

Room was very clean and loved that there is sink and all dishes in the room as well as table and chairs inside room which made stay very pleasant. Bed was soft and spare blankets were available. Heaps of parking and breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again as its right next to town and lake. Was allowed to check in late as was traveling from far.

Nice, tidy accomodation that was close to town but still a decent distance that we were not affected by noise of traffic etc. Room was tidy and had everything we needed for the three of us. Loved having accomodation that had smart TVs for casting (not all hotels have this) Heating was perfect and the option of electric blankets was an added bonus.

Friendly welcoming. Room was very comfortable and spacious. It's in a handy quiet location. Breakfast was good -simple but plentiful. It's close to the lake, just a couple of minutes walk.

There are a couple of spas there that are free to use, but they seemed a little need of love and some additional lighting. We were informed that you fill them yourself which takes around 40 minutes, so it's not something you can do spontaneously.

The room had all the amenities you need for a short stay. Car being parked right outside the door is very convenient. Having to depart early the next morning was no issue at all for the staff.

So many remotes for the electrical devices. Great variety of entertainment options, One remote to rule them all could be very helpful I feel.

The room had what we needed and was well maintained. Quality Inn is in a good location and a great price.

A few improvements go a long way. The wicker lounge chairs were uncomfortable. The chair pad needs to be thicker. The fridge door needs to open the opposite side. The mattresses need updating.

We needed a night's accommodation, travelling north, and arrived after 9.30pm. The room was warm - thank you! The beds were comfortable. Chose Acapulco based on price, and reviews. Bonus - cooked breakfast included in price. Value for money. Certainly met our needs. Staff very friendly. Impressed with the breakfast. We would stay again. Thank you.
