Great location, 3 minutes walk to the lake shore, 10 minutes walk to the main area for bars, cafes & shopping. The property is all ground level units - older but well maintained & impeccably clean. We had a studio which had an equipped kitchen with electric hobs, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots etc. Full Sky TV service. On site breakfast restaurant- the price was included in our room rate. Full cooked or cold/continental fruit/cereal/yoghurt/toast & preserves/pastries. The hot option was refreshed as guests arrived - excellent!

Our unit was in a back corner (nice & quiet), but the external guttering had pulled apart & with overnight rain both nights of our stay we were woken in the night with rain water cascading out of the gap in the guttering (we only discovered this was the issue just before checking out). Reported the issue to reception, so hopefully will be fixed.

Friendly welcoming. Room was very comfortable and spacious. It's in a handy quiet location. Breakfast was good -simple but plentiful. It's close to the lake, just a couple of minutes walk.

There are a couple of spas there that are free to use, but they seemed a little need of love and some additional lighting. We were informed that you fill them yourself which takes around 40 minutes, so it's not something you can do spontaneously.

The room had all the amenities you need for a short stay. Car being parked right outside the door is very convenient. Having to depart early the next morning was no issue at all for the staff.

So many remotes for the electrical devices. Great variety of entertainment options, One remote to rule them all could be very helpful I feel.

The room had what we needed and was well maintained. Quality Inn is in a good location and a great price.

A few improvements go a long way. The wicker lounge chairs were uncomfortable. The chair pad needs to be thicker. The fridge door needs to open the opposite side. The mattresses need updating.

A good place to stay with comfy beds. super clean facilities. decent tvs with cromecast and the alarm clocks in each room was a nice touch aswell .small but very handy kitchen area. Decent air conditioning. Nice playground to chill at as well. Easy to get to from the main road with free parking out front of rooms and property (non road side) very flexible with how early you check in

When we arrived the guy at the front desk was very stern about us staying quiet so as to not wake up our neighboring rooms as we were coming back later in the night. we were respectful of that but the room across the court from us was still up drinking at 1030 when the quiet hours were 8:30 this was just our experience as a group of 5 young males who got there after our rugby game I don't blame the guy tho he's just trying to keep everyone happy

We needed a night's accommodation, travelling north, and arrived after 9.30pm. The room was warm - thank you! The beds were comfortable. Chose Acapulco based on price, and reviews. Bonus - cooked breakfast included in price. Value for money. Certainly met our needs. Staff very friendly. Impressed with the breakfast. We would stay again. Thank you.

We unexpectedly were arriving late from Waikato hospital, staff were very understanding wich was much appreciated 😊 Polite and friendly staff, our stay was absolutely amazing. My husband and I apreciated the immaculate and comfortable unit, we also hope to enjoy the spa pool again soon😊 10 out of 10! we highly recommend, and thankyou for making our anniversary special 💕

Very close to town

Upon arrival we were abruptly greeted with very strict rules as if we weren’t adults and had never booked a motel before being told strictly no parties or visitors and that we will be escorted by cops if so, it was sad to be categorised into what seemed like trouble making teens as I have booked with booking.com many many times.

It was spotless - I've stayed in many motels/hotels recently and the clean conditions of this place was exceptional. We arrived late and the lights and heater was on - so welcoming. Loved the breakfast YUM! Wish we could have stayed longer. I randomly appreciated the vending machine too! Just felt like snacks and didn't want to drive anywhere.

TBH - I have nothing to complain about. I didn't like the fact that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it better.
