Friendly hosts, and the comfortable space. The room with kitchenette makes us able to cook by ourselves. Quite and light pollution free environment. In night just walk out room, there are numerous stara. Everything is clean. There are complete enough facilities to live here.

Need to be aware that bathroom and kitchenette share the hot water. So using warm water to wash dishes might affect the one is taking a shower. But it's easy to avoid, just make sure that don't do these things at the same time, and after washing dishes with warm water, wait for a while for shower.

Peak Sport Chalet is a really nice place that is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Christine who was our host was very kind and friendly and also told us about the things to do and see in Wanaka. Our room was nice and cozy with an attached bathroom, kitchen, dining area and a cute little patio outside. It gave us a very homely vibe!!😊

This little studio was great value for money. It had everything you needed packed into a small space. It was close to where our son was living and not far into town. It is located it a lovely quiet part of Wanaka. The hosts were very friendly and even left a plate of cookies on arrival.

The bed and all the pillows in the unit were too firm for us.

There are two suits in this accommodation object, one for two persons (where we stayed) and one for bigger family. They are totally independent with separate entrances and private patio. Our unit was very well arranged, very clear and charming. The family running this accommodation is very friendly and helpful. The location is very quite, the suite is located in small garden with sufficient space to host your car.

The accommodation is located quite far from the town centre so it it convenient for people traveling by car

Staff was nice Good apartment, good size, garden to chill, good kitchen

"Central" (the restaurants area) seemed a bit far by foot (probably 20min walk i reckon, not outrageous but not ideal with kid if you go for diner for example)

The hosts were so friendly and they topped up the wood and kindling daily, and even set the fire for us if we were out. It was extremely warm and we were able to cook meals at home instead of going out.

You do have to walk through the bathroom to get to the second room, but there is an external door you can use

Cozy space with a lovely patio/garden. The perfect spot for a few days in Wanaka, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Great location a few minutes drive from central Wanaka, highly recommend!

The place is clean, warm and very tidy. Christine and Alex were very friendly and welcoming, and helped us with whatever we needed. They even made us a warm cake! The ski gear drying room was a very good plus. Everyday we’ll come back to find the fireplace lit for us. Despite sub-zero temperature outside, the place was always warm and cozy. We loved the place and highly recommend it. And will be coming back for it.

With a 4WD parking was a little bit tricky. But we always managed to park fine. There are also plenty of parking places on the street outside. In no way this was a deal-breaker.

We loved our stay at Peak Sport Chalet! The unit was well equipped and immaculate, and the hosts went the extra mile topping up firewood and refreshing our towels. The unit was warm, well geared for a wee one, and even had toys for her.

We were welcomed warmly by the very friendly and helpful owners. Peak Sport Chalet was among the cleanest of all places we have stayed, it was impeccable. We received good recommendations where to eat or where to hike. We even had nicely arranged slices of "welcome brownie" waiting in our chalet, a very kind gesture.
