Staff are really friendly the hotel itself is brilliant as a base and it's only 7 euros taxi into albefira strip or beach . There's a little garage/cafe shop if you walk ten mins behind the back of hotel and turn left and walk onto the main road where you can get your basics and a decent coffee . There's also a local restaurant just opposite the garage really cheap and great chicken . The hotel is clean the cleaners are flat out everyday the apartments are decent it's a great cheap base to be honest . My two young children had a great time in the little pool and there's a little park there to keep them happy. The pool bar is great for snacks and drinks . I didn't try the restaurant onsite as we eat out everyday. They have a great gym on site it's 7 euros a day but it's huge . Overall Its a really good value for money nothing bad to say about the hotel you get what you pay for it's no 5 star but a decent 3 star I would say . I will definitely be returning.

Very large apartment and massive pool with great helpful and friendly staff. Great car park. All apartments overlook the pool

The pool bar music was blasted out from 10am until 8pm non stop every day and you could not escape it even if you closed the apartment balcony door. You will need a hire car if you stay here as nothing is near by and too far to walk.

the location, the beauty of the view over the swimming pool day or night is breath taking. the quietness of the season helped enjoy it even more.

we noticed this time that the apartments and some areas have not had much maintenance in the last few years. so some small things are starting to add up. I did not care but my husband was a bit irritated. I just told him to stop and relax. i wanted to enjoy my holidays to the full :)

It's pool was clean and there was a food bar and food but the only thing need better intertiment and not to far from the Newtown

Need a taxi or car to get to strip or old town. However use Bolt app and cheap taxis

Great price in the low season. Confortable and nice apartment. Staff were always very helpful.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff are kind and helpful.

The restaurant food was not worth the money. £20 all you can eat meals, they were vile and basic.

There is nothing I did not like

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was nice and clean, could do with few updates though (e.g having a better quality TV, few extra channels in other languages, kettle)
