Great location, friendly staff, lovely pool, stunning views, clean and good size rooms. But most importantly is how helpful the staff were when I left behind my Apple Watch. I called from the airport and the receptionist asked me to call back in half an hour once she had someone check my room to look for it. When I called back she said they found it but as I was at the airport I was unable to return to collect. I asked if I paid postage could it be returned to me in the UK. She told me to email my information over which I did and I asked to be sent a payment link. The hotel posted my watch back to me the next working day, without even asking for payment. I couldn’t believe it. No one is ever this helpful. I just want to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff for being helpful and so kind. A fantastic choice of hotel for your trip in Madeira and made better by the amazing customer service 🙏🏼

+ I stayed in the budget studio, and it had everything you need; fridge, cooker, microwave, tv, etc. + Comfortable bed and spacious room + AC + Very clean hotel + Breakfast is the best I've ever seen but was cleaned up before I could get a second helping. Wish they would've informed me they were clearing up. + Staff were very friendly and approachable + Nice sized pool with a beautiful view over the coastline + Very nice restaurant with good food and drink + Shopping centre across the road

- Food and drink were quite pricey at pool and in restaurant - Unfortunately I had a really unenjoyable massage and would not recommend - Laundry takes two days so I wasn't able to do it during my trip as I only stayed two nights - One key card meant the fridge turned off everytime you left

Seaview studio on 9th floor. Splendid view towards Funchal harbour, morning sunshine and shade after 1.30pm which suited us. Studio had separate sitting and kitchen area with balcony door. Near lift which wasn't noisy. Free car parking- we parked and didn't move the car until we left- walked and used buses as Funchal centre traffic is very clogged. Hotel opposite the Forum shopping mall. Bus stops for city centre and Aerobus just outside.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Duas Torres Hotel in Funchal, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. As a celiac, traveling can sometimes be challenging, but the staff at Duas Torres went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. They ensured that my meals were gluten-free, which allowed me to enjoy my vacation without any worries. The hotel is immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Its central location is another highlight, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities in Funchal. If you're looking for a room with a breathtaking view, I highly recommend room 1106, where I stayed. The panorama from the 11th floor is absolutely stunning, offering a sweeping vista of the sea and Funchal. Even if room 1106 is not available, any room on the 11th floor would provide an excellent view. Moreover, the staff at Duas Torres is incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I arrived until my departure, they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. Overall, Duas Torres Hotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Funchal, especially those with specific dietary requirements like myself. Loved it!

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, the view was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff was really helpful and friendly! We also had breakfast a few times at the hotel's restaurant and we appreciated that there were many delicious options available. Another plus was the proximity to the mall and to some car rental companies.

Every year I go to Madeira in the summer and we stay at this hotel. My family really enjoys this place because of its excellent location and beautiful views. We hope that reservations will open soon for next summer

I thought we would have a total view of the sea and we were located with a side view, but since it was on a high floor we had a beautiful view. Unfortunately we needed an additional night and it was impossible to find it in the same hotel even though I notified my request in advance. Fortunately we were able to find another place easily.

Very nice hotel, amazing view and a fantastic, super friendly staff! The location is very practical, the bus to the city stops just in front of the hotel. Beautiful beach just a short walk away, the pool is great. The hotels restaurant serves amazing food. I would stay again, big recommendation! Thanks again Team Duas Torres

Ideal position for us just outside Funchal but close to bus or shops. Forth floor studio with plenty of room and a very pleasant side sea view and quite large balcony. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. My wife and l like to sample local food out and about so cannot comment on hotel restaurant.

This is rated 4 star and that seems fair, shower/ kitchen shows wear but quite acceptable and usable, very comfortable double bed, not much to criticise. Generally quiet but we had people adjoining us who had a habit of sliding there furniture about morning and evening which you could here though you could not here any conversation, fortunately they were quiet at bedtime that’s people and no criticism of hotel.

Location very good, was close to shopping centre with various shops, cafe's and a large supermarket, bus into centre of Funchal 200 meters away.

Breakfast choice very good but quality of bacon, sausages, and cold meats were very poor. Also the supposedly hot food was cold / tepid.

parking was free, very clean & cozy apartment with kitchen included, very nice location, included sauna in the price with reservation .. great balcony view

the pool outside was not clean (end of march), the breakfast was average, flight delay but still had to pay for 4 days vs 3
