We liked our stay so much that we came back to stay again. The hotel has a beautiful ocean view, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, nice inside and outside pool, spa and sauna facilities.

My only complain is that hotel should correct information on Booking and don't say that the room has a balcony, if it doesn't. And please don't blame customers for believing information written while booking. Other than that, our stay was great and I would recommend this hotel to friends.

For a 4 star property, this hotel is outstanding.

I understand that i paid a "promotional price" so got a good deal, but the location of room was very disappointing, when you don't even get a view of the carpark, but a wall is awful. Rooms 337/338 are actually below driveway level.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Staff are friendly and hotel and outdoor areas are immaculately clean. Room is comfortable and quite spacious. Appreciated the little treats in our room each day when we returned after hiking and sightseeing.

Free parking out front is quite limited and staff do not enforce the no parking areas. We had difficulty departing the hotel to catch our flight as a number of cars were parked illegally and had boxed us into our actual parking spot. Had to drive up onto the sidewalk and do some crazy maneuvers to get out of our spot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my friend. Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast each morning was tasty and offered a great variety of options. The staff were kind and always made us feel welcome. The hotel’s shared spaces were stylish and clean, and the ocean view was simply breathtaking. One of our favorite spots was the terrace – perfect for enjoying a drink from the hotel bar. The pools were excellent as well, ideal for both relaxing and swimming. Our room was cozy and nicely decorated, and we really appreciated the small snacks left after housekeeping. The location was very convenient, with easy and quick access from the airport by bus. Would definitely stay here again!

It was our 2nd stay at the hotel. We love the location and the view from the balcony. The staff at the reception desk was kind and very helpful. The hotel area was huge, well organized, and decorated, which made us feel very comfortable.

For a short stay the breakfast was great but for a longer stay a bit monotone (more variety would be appreciated). The staff in the breakfast area was very welcoming and pleasant except one rude waiter, who treated us badly as 2nd sort clients. Overall clean, but one day we found fresh towels in the bidet (hopefully an accident, not a common practice).

Great hotel near the sea... it's very big with different things to do there .. it has a few restaurants, a great outdoor swimming pool, great views from the main restaurant where I had my breakfast.. you could see the sunrise and the sea.. it's really really nice. Rooms were big and clean , bathroom was great as well. Room service was top notch , each day there were leaving extra snacks/fruits in my room, they were very attentive, the hotel is a bit expensive but it's worth it, you can't go wrong with it.

I wanted a king size bed in my room but unfortunately there were 2 beds merged together ... not a big issue though

The design of the hotel, beautiful vieuws, the reception, we arrived very early but we could check inn! Thank you Filippa!our room was top!the breakfast is a dream, with the seating aerea outside having your Delta coffee...in the outside area of the hotel lots of restaurants too at 5 min walks.The lido promenade to make a walk to the beach direction Camara dos lobos..you can acces trough the garden behind the pool.The little treats from the hotel...we loved it!There is a free shuttlebus from the hotel to center Funchal and back.We booked tours, they pick you up and return you at the hotel.And there is also the yellowbus...we enjoyed our stay very much..even at the rainy days...

We had the buffet for dinner...a bit expensive, with the drinks charged separately...we went for the restaurants nearby...we liked that better.

The staff here are lovely. The rooms and all the facilities were spotless and really well kept (including the two pools and the gym). The location is really lovely: close to a bus stop to get into Funchal or only a 40-minute walk to the center. Lots of restaurants and shops are nearby. Breakfast is also great - really large selection of everything from yoghurt, fresh fruit, continental, and cooked (alongside a LOT of different egg choices).

The only slight issue was that we booked a room with a balcony and didn't get one - but the room was lovely regardless.

Location. Sea view on the front right side of the hotel. We booked 3 different rooms. Good windows isolation. Room isolation pretty good. Clean and delicious breakfast. Variety of food is amazing.

Very hard beds…..But staff tried to help by providing extra covers I was advised to put under the mattress….it helped a little bit. Avoid corner left side of the hotel….. very noisy due to a gigantic air conditioning system located under the balconies. Back of the hotel is noisy because of the main road. Gen-Z working at the reception was easily irritated, if they were asked for too many things to help the guests.

The room is simple but good. The bed is comfortable, and the view is amazing. The complimentary wine and honey cake were nice. The swimming pool is beautiful. It’s nice to stay there (you don’t see the coast, just the ocean—which feels great). We went to the reception and met a really nice and helpful lady with short red hair who gave us additional information about Madeira's seasons. The hotel is not in the city center, but the area is nice, with many restaurants around and a scenic coastal path for walking.

Check-in had a queue, the shower had low pressure, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was large, but the options were not good. None of the fruits were sweet, and the bread was not great. We didn’t like it, but it did the job.
