Breakfast was good. Forget havingg dinner there. Menu was nkt interesting. Buffet was not good. Entrees on buffet were not attractive or appealing.

See above. For a tourist, it is not a gkod location. Too far from tourist attractions. One day we needed to be out of hotel a few minutes bwfore 7:30 start of breakfast.asked if w could grab a couple of rolls.answer "no". Why not? A couple of confusing thinhs.sign in room said coffee and water were only provided onfirst day and if we wanted more we would have to pay. Seemed dumb and irritating bit odd thing is, water and coffee were in fact provided.

- Soundproofing is horrible - you can hear when people in other rooms take shower as well as when someone talks in a hallway - The wi-fi in the room 5003 was really weak the whole stay - not sure if only there or all over the hotel - There were a lot of lipstick prints (on a window, on doors and other elements) when I checked in and they were not cleaned during my stay as well - There was only 1 welcoming free water bottle for the whole stay - There was some mold in the shower - There are not enough outlets, especially near the bed

Room was lovely but the staff was great. They have fantastic people on the front desk...a least 5 of them who couldn t be more helpful. The waiters in the breakfast area were also very nice. Everything was expensive but what isn't in Europe now. There are some very good Nepalese restaurants within a block each way that are very reasonably priced and very good, better than the food in Nepal.

Location turns out to be in a very old, run down Moorish area for much of it with migrants camped nearby. But, it is only a mile or so down to the water and many of the sights so an interesting walk. And it is a kilometre up, very up, to the Cathedral which is good if you want a hike. Breakfast: limited. Taste like powdered scrambled eggs (again); too many cold cuts (again)l too much sugar in so much of the food. The real problem of the stay was the hotel was too noisy from underground trains to sleep before around 12:30 AM and 6:something AM. Not good when one is tired from the day's activities. The roar of the trains is quite noticeable even in the lobby. But the staff makes up for a lot of it.

Perfect location, really close to the metro. Breakfast was amazing, super varied with lots of fruits, breads, cakes, and some delicious local specialties. The place was spotless too. But honestly, the best part was the staff – everyone was super friendly and helpful. It’s one of those hotels where you know you made the right choice as soon as you check in. No regrets at all. I’ll definitely be coming back!

liked the way the staff was very pleasant and attended to our needs specially Veronica. The breakfast was very good. The food was also good.

only 1 bottle of water was provided no drawers in the bedside table or writing table No tea bags and milk was provided coffee machine in the room did not work. The switches of the bedside table inconviently placed. no hooks for hand towels in the bathroom only for the bath towels.

We're upgraded and both rooms were really nice even if smalls damages can be seened there and there but the Staff was really nice and gentle. The restaurant was good for dinner as we can chose "à la carte" or buffer, and "classic" for breakfast but still good. The parking available at our arrival is an experience by itself :D (car elevator).

The parking can be tricky if you have a large car but that all.

We stayed one night at Czar Lisbon Hotel and had a great experience! The room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location is convenient, with restaurants, shops, and public transport close by. A perfect place for a short stay in Lisbon!

The room was a lot smaller than expected but it was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect because it was within walking distance to the center and had a few restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were modern and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't try the food but overall it was a great stay for one night.
