- Breakfast The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from and very friendly staff,that was ready when you need something. - Pool The outdoor pool was clean and beautiful, with a lovely view over the city. I didn’t get a chance to see the indoor pool, but the weather was so nice that I didn’t need to. - Room The room was cleaned every day, and the restocking of water was a thoughtful touch—especially appreciated during the hot weather. The bathroom was great; I really enjoyed taking a shower each day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I fell asleep quickly every night.

EPIC SANA truly lives up to its name- it’s EPIC in every sense! The reception staff were so professional and accommodated every request promptly. The spa facilities were tranquil and luxurious. The rooftop is a popular choice in the summer with beautiful views of Lisbon and very comfortable cabanas & sun beds with food & beverage service. Big shout out to Kelly & the pool staff team who helped me secure a cabana in a very busy day! You’re spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet- there was an abundance of variety. The room was exceptional- very spacious, lots of storage, light & tranquil.

We liked that the staff placed new bottles of water in the room every day — and not just any bottles, they were glass ones. We appreciated that the sheets were changed every day, unless we specifically asked them not to. Breakfast was excellent — flawless, really — and the breakfast staff was wonderful.

The spa center operates until 9 PM, that's what they told us. We went twice; the first time we stayed until 9 PM, but the second time we experienced an inconvenience because the spa staff told us they work until 8:45 PM so we had to leave earlier. One day, however, they didn’t change the bed sheets. A small oversight or a staff decision, certainly not the management’s.

EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the elegant, modern design to the impeccable service, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bedding and top-tier amenities. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of high-quality options, and the rooftop pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

We did not regret our choice when we arrived at the EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel. The location, the building, the service, the rooms and the hotel facilities are excellent. I would like to highlight the staff separately. They are all very friendly and nice people. They will always answer your questions and share recommendations. The breakfast was varied and everything was delicious. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come here again)

Room was lovely and clean with a beautiful view. Staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet was generous with lots of variety. Eggs any way you like. Loads of pastries fruit and cooked options as well as cereals. cheeses and sliced meats. Juice and coffee available. Location was ok too. Close to the mall. About a 10-15 mins walk to The shopping strip with designer stores like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Longer walk to the old town. Very hilly and a large hill back to the hotel which was challenging with a toddler.

Airport transfers were expensive for a short trip.

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast and Saturday steak night had delicious food. The location was close enough to main attractions and yet far enough to have some relaxed time. The hotel room had plenty of space for luggages. The spa pool is wonderful and a great way to relax after a super tiring Lisbon day. There is also a large mall next to the hotel and you can find any essential items and a pharmacy inside it. Overall exceptional experience and we even wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was full. Thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful.

Breakfast was great, nice spread. Rooftop was closed for construction, was not informed of this before arriving and did not see it advertised anywhere which was a let down. Inside pool and spa quite nice, had a deep tissue massage that made my trip a lot better. Gym facilities were better than I experienced at most hotels before. The service and the people are top class. Especially Jefferson who works the lobby bar, but really all the staff I encountered were great.

The mirror TV is a bit stupid unless you turn off all the lights but didnt really turn it on during the trip so didnt matter. I would have liked to been notified when I booked that the rooftop pool area was closed. The hotel is right by a traffic street which is not great but not much downsides besides this.

We had originally booked at Epic SANA for our first and last nights in Lisbon. We ended up adding another day here because we liked it some much. It was a lovely place to land after our long overnight flight from the US. We were very tired upon arrival and the staff couldn't have been more helpful/friendly. Our room was very nice, modern and clean. The spa was heavenly! We made a reservation with "Breakfast Included" and that was a wise choice as the breakfast was excellent! We got a good deal on this hotel so we felt like we'd won the lottery! On our last night, we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the bar restaurant and listened to a really talented local guitarist/singer which was a wonderful way to top off our trip. We would most certainly stay here again if we find ourselves in Lisbon!

The spread was extensive, with something for everyone—fresh fruit, warm pastries, local cheeses, charcuterie, and even healthy options like chia pudding and fresh juices. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and replenished regularly. The rooftop infinity pool and bar offer stunning city views, perfect for winding down at sunset. The wellness spa was serene and professionally run, and the indoor pool was a great touch. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. From check-in to restaurant service, everything ran smoothly and with a smile. EPIC SANA Lisboa is exactly what its name suggests—epic. Modern, comfortable, and perfectly located, it ticks all the boxes. And with a breakfast like that, you’ll leave every morning satisfied and ready to explore the city.
