I stayed here for two nights. The location is close to the airport and the Lisbon Zoo. There is a bus station, a metro station and a train station nearby. The hotel was recommended to me by colleagues who stayed here last year. The hotel was perfect for me, because the fair I attended was close by. I like the fact that there is a restaurant that's open for 24 hours, which is perfect after a long flight! The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast area also has an orange juice maker that's very simple to use - you just add some oranges and you're on your way! I also like the fact that the rooms have a skip the clean option, which is perfect for short or weekend stays...or if you unpack your things all over the place and you don't want other people to see your mess!

The breakfast was ok, but I expected a bit more variety. I saw a small bug in the bathroom on the morning I left the hotel. The room felt a bit claustrophobic at times, especially because of the heavy curtain covering the window.

All the staff in this hotel are very polite and courteous. Very helpful too. The hotel location is great. Very clean hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of body wash and shampoo provided. There are a few supermarkets and eateries nearby. The Sete Rios bus station and metro (Jardim Zoological) in about 7-8 mins walk away. From this bus station you can take the coach to different parts of portugal. The city center is about 5-6 metro stations away. The breakfast buffet has a good spread with lovely portuguese egg tarts. I always stay here during my visit to Lisbon.

A kettle in the room would be nice. Other than this everything else is good.

We booked this hotel for the first night in Lisbon before moving on to explore the country more and were very satisfied with our choice - hotel was 15mins drive from the airport but also close to the metro (that we used next day). Staff was very friendly and nice, checkin was pretty fast. Facilities at the hotel itself were great - water in the lobby for all guests, bar where one could have a drink and enjoy football, there was also another restaurant for breakfast but we didn't go there. Room was just like in all Ibis Hotels around the world - comfortable beds, window with city view, TV, desk, etc... Bathroom with all amenities and shower.

My only regret was paid parking :) But what to do - all spots outside were occupied. Anyway, no complains)

The airport is really close by. There is also a metro line near the hotel, but not so near that you can come walking with your luggage from the train station. There is a very big and interesting mall nearby called “El Corte Inglês”, that I greatly suggest to go, as it is in a walking distance of 10 min. Besides that, it is just IBIS standard: it is good enough for vacations but not luxurious.

Use a Uber if you are coming from the airport. Bringing luggage from the metro is painful (specifically the metro in this location has not great accessibility options). It is not a walking distance from the city center, but you have great spots for eating and going out as well. So I don’t see much as a downside in my opinion.

Good location, close to metro and train station. Facility is simple, yet functional. Lot of air traffic going on above and very close to the building, but when window is closed, it does not disturb. Staff on the front desk was very caring and friendly. Great value for money.

Breakfast coffee machine was a challenge, it took some time for us to figure out how to get a drinkable coffee out from there. I recommend to go for a double espresso as a normal strong coffee. For cappucino the machine delivered some liquid coco-water-mix in the very end, it was not possible to exclude it and it turned cappucino into a cocoa with coffee.

Parking underneath, but tight so big car could be tough if just about full. Good choice of restaurants by 200m down road. I was early and front desk made allowance for me. Park car, sort car ready for rental return and room ready. Presumably close to airport if GPS on Google maps helps a bit more. What is spoken on this system is nothing like road signage, especially through Portugal.

Bit mean with towels. 1 large towel. Keep it dry after night shower for morning one if want both. Instructions to get to carpark.

Loved everything at this Ibis Lisboa. We've have used Ibis hotels before. UK and Germany. The standard here was far above those. Nothing wrong with the others but, the offerings in Lisboa were much better. Breakfast available from 6:30 til 12:00 was a real treat. Apparently, available from 4am if you book 😲 And, the bar and lounge area are great. A full range of drinks at the bar and a good choice of seating. Also, absolutely no rush to get you out. Checkout is at midday. But, if your flight/coach/train is later, you are welcome to stay in the lounge area 🙂 And, we arrived early. But, as our room had been serviced the guy on reception checked us in 👍 Talking of staff, they were all wonderful. We got back to our room one day to find a lady cleaning the walls outside our room 😳 She apologised and scuttled off. 5 minutes later we could hear her outside the room finishing the job 😂😂😂 The reception staff were great, very helpful. We asked if they could order a taxi for us. It was outside before we went out of the door 😲 Overall, excellent. We have no idea why it is rated at 2 stars. We'd give it 5 😊

Great location, next to a little park with dog area. Metro station is very close, as well as grocery store and some simple food options. Room was nice and clean, we were offered new towels every day without asking. Helpful staff. As this is 4th time in Ibis Hotels around Eurupe for us in the last month, I would say there are similar standarts and I will choose Ibis for our next stay as well. Very thankful for this dog friendly hotel chain.

A bit noisy with window open because of the airport. However calm and nice at night. Little upgrade in the design would be nice.

I don't know why this hotel is only 2 stars: in my opinion it should be better rated! There's a big car parking, perfect for us as we went by car; the room wasn't huge but it was ok considering it was a standard one. It was very clean, considering every morning they changed bed sheets and towels! They provide towels, body wash, shampoo + conditioner and a hair dryer. Of course they have wif-fi and aircon (both working very well) a lift, a bar and a restaurant open 24/7; for 9 euros they offer you a very good breakfast, with a lot of options, including lactose free ones. The staff is nice, friendly and able to speak English. You don't have fancy stuff such as SPA or a swimming pool, but I wasn't looking for them and I was perfectly happy as I was.

If I have to find something wrong, but to be honest I'd go back to this hotel tomorrow if I could, I might say that on the 12th floor every now and then you can hear airplanes; the location is close to the metro station "Placa de Espanha" but you need to walk a bit to be able to get into the hotel. However this is just something very little and it is a very good hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the convenient location. The hotel is really close to the city center and the airport, both easily accessible by metro. The breakfast was good, but we missed having fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall, a pleasant experience, though the breakfast could be improved.
