Staff were extremely pleasant, very accommodating eager to assist and please. Meals were OUTSTANDING and the included Breakfast surpassed our expectations. Dining area was very organized and inviting. Hotel was very quaint and clean. Spa services were lovely

These are just very constructive comments as our stay was truly lovely!! The indoor pool spa atmosphere could be more pleasant with some soft music. Noticed there was an outdoor hot tub, which was not in service, this would have been a wonderful addition to our stay had we been able to utilize. We had just completed the Camino Frances and the hot tub would have been amazing. We were there the first week in June, the property was very quiet, but would be nice to have the outdoor space set up and more inviting.

There was very little to NOT like about this resort and the staff. Truly surprising experience in a good way! The resort is small but beautiful. The room was very comfortable. Both pools (indoor and outdoor) were very nice. Steam room was a wonderful treat, as was the sauna. Food was great! We had normal expectations and were blown away by the uniqueness of this place. Staff were all lovely and very accommodating.

There was no gym at this resort. Not that surprising given it is on the small side (which made it quant and beautiful) but we all felt that a small yoga / pilates room would have been a great addition. Or even a couple of yoga mats in the rooms or available at the front desk. The location was neither close to Porto city centre, nor very far from this. We appreciated this remoteness a lot. Others may want to be nearer the city.

Amazing place with the ability to rent a whole Bungalow for yourself + use Spa services. We stayed with the big dog and she was like a Queen in the castle, with her own bed, bowls from the hotel and the whole big territory to run and flexing around. She didn’t want to get back home. I couldn’t find anything similar in Portugal. The staff is amazing, very helpful. The additional services like massage and SPA are also amazing. Not a lot of people were at the hotel overall, so it is very comfortable and easy to rest from everything.

Set in a local housing area, it was a pleasant surprise to find this hotel. Easy directions with our sat nav. The welcome from Raphaela and Maria was wonderful. The room was absolutely gorgeous and smelled like a spa, lots of decent shower and hand wash and body creams. Sadly I’d forgotten my bathers so couldn’t use the spa. The evening meal in the very nice dining room was lovely, good food and wine, service again so good. We were really made to feel any home, would highly recommend and will definitely go back - with my bathers!

Nothing it was all wonderful

The staff is amazing, they are very kind and always trying to give you all you need. The location is perfect to visit Porto but in a calm and secluded place. The bungalows area is awesome with a lot of place to walk the dog and to rest. The Spa area is just so good. All works well and it's breathable.

The suites are small, they don't have almost any space. There is not a common area except the dinning room. Not a fireplace or a library. The restaurant is overly expensive. Although the food is really good, I don't think it's worth the price. Too expensive. The massages are not fantastic.

Not overcrowded (mid august, weekend), clean, great staff

If you like to sleep in darkness, please check before checking into a Deluxe Suite in the main building if the green fire safety light over the door inside the room is somehow fixed. It was enormously bright, I've been discussing that with a manager. Sleeping with it was awful, however I'm still putting 9 points as all the staff is really focused to make your stay comfortable in all aspects.

This was a lovely little hotel - modern and clean - in a little village. For us, it was the perfect place to start our explorations of Porto and the region (by car). We especially liked the friendly staff that was ready to help, give recommendations or explain you some details about the hotel at any time. The hotel is small and has a quite big spa area for that size (steam bath and sauna). When we used it, we were the only two people in the spa and it felt like a private place. A bit unexpected where some of the Asian touch dishes on the dinner menu (ramen, gyoza, lasagna with coconut milk). As I love Asian dishes and they were cooked well, it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms looked like on the pictures and were comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the daily water refill.

You need to to be aware that breakfast only starts at 8.30 (we were usually waiting for) and is delicious but not the fastest. minimum time to calculate is around 40min. so most likely you don't start your explorations before 10am. Also it seems stressfull for the waiters as they have to bring you everything. it seems that giving the customers the chance to get at least coffee and bread themselves would make the waiters life easier and speed up the process. if you are relaxed on holidays you won't bother too much. we would come again. 10/10!

The staff were exceptional and altered our meals to suit, since the restaurant has been closed for a long time now. But they did what they could considering one of us was gluten free and I a vegetarian. Felt very relaxed and cosy by the end of my stay, thank you!

Since we visited in winter, the main pool could've been a little warmer so we evacuated to the jacuzzi a few times.

We booked Quinta do Pedregal for 4 nights for my birthday trip. Our stay was simply excellent ! Our room/lodge was so cosy, clean and made/decorated with taste. The staff and their attention to details and to their clients was exceptional, we felt well taken care of. They spoke to us in our native language the whole time, they were all kind and super helpful. Special thank you to Raphaela. The spa amenities were amazing too and clean. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and also for one dinner we had there was made with fresh ingredients only and was wonderful. Thank you again !

We had a great time at this hotel. Everything was nice, the staff, the spa facilities, the rooms, the restaurant, drinks, food…, not to mention, super pet friendly. The really have a good operation going on, we would definitely come back.
