I stay at the quality in, because it's right in the middle of two motorcycle dealerships, where I get my motorcycles serviced. It's a short walk to both businesses. The ladies on reception were unreal. This last trip, a mate came with me. We shared a room, it had a queen bed and pull out sofa. We both have bad backs, I thought I might be able to deal with it, but when I spoke to the ladies on reception, they kindly upgraded us to a room with two double beds. They also allowed us to have a late check out, plus they let me store my motorcycle gear in reception, once we vacated the room. Nothing was too hard. The motel is right next door to the grey gums hotel. The beer is cold, the food is good.

Perhaps the only thing is that the rooms are dated, but for the money, they have everything you need.

Was disappointed to find there was no soap in the bathroom at all. The dispenser on the wall was completely empty and no other soap available. When I mentioned to the office at checkout he just said he was sorry but if I had let them know they could have arranged for it to be filled. Not sure how to do that when you are already naked and in the shower when you realise it's empty. Not a great start to the day when you can't wash properly.

This was an 11th-hour booking for an appointment I had in the area, I'd booked elsewhere, however, the booking fell through which was disappointing, however, I'm very happy I ended up booking this place. I received a call from a lady from reception, I'm sorry I forgot her name, however, super helpful by calling regarding my possible late check-in & telling me about Sydney Water doing work out the front, which was no hassle at all. . Lastly being set back from the road it was quiet with a nice little garden area in the centre to sit and relax. I'll be booking again when I need to come back in 6 months.

The room was not to bad gave it a four out of five as it was very clean and well-appointed, the room is getting a little dated, but all things considered I would stay again

We stayed at Quality Inn for a concert held at Penrith Panthers, it was the perfect location, we could walk to the concert which was about 10 minutes away. The room was small but very clean, ideally for 2 people, probably not the 4 we booked but as a family we were fine! The bathroom was clean. The front of house team was friendly and we got a complimentary paper each day which was a lovely touch. There was a tavern next door with delicious meals, and a bottle shop close by. Would recommend if you have a gig at Panthers!

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfy and would fold up on you when lying in bed. We just laughed, it wasn't a big deal, we were there to see a gig, not spend time in our room.

We stayed here for proximity to Jamieson Park and it was perfect! 5 min drive. There is a pub/bar/bistro on site which was exactly what we needed after 7 hours at the courts. I saw there was 7/11 and other restaurants within walking distance but we didn't need them. 100% would stay here again next year!

Accommodation was excellent. Large lounge and bedroom. Extremely comfortable bed, plenty of lovely fluffy pillows gave a great night’s sleep. Plus extra blankets if needed. 4 large towels provided for 1 person. Ensuite plus rooms clean neat and tidy. No traffic noise and quick access to Penrith town and freeway to either Sydney or Blue mountains.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We arrived hours before check-in and they were still on the ball and ready to go and let us in immediately. The room was simple but comfortable and a lovely bathroom.

The walls were a bit thin so a lot of noises from neighbors and outside. The shower was very finicky. I couldn't seem to get a perfect temperature.

Great location, very handy with the bistro right next door. Good size room and very comfy.

I am a big man and although the shower us also big, the door to get in it isn't. Lucky I was wet trying to get out, cause after a hot shower (where I think I expanded a bit), the idea of calling the fire brigade to get me out did cross my mind. But a successful exit was made with no outside assistance. People of more average sizes won't have the same problem, I'm sure.

Location defintely having a pub just next door super convient plus hungry jacks on the corner plus rashays and a service station and red rooster across the road made it easy to just walk where I needed

Lots of construction at the moment which was loud and made it hard to cross the roads sometimes as had some of the crossings closed off so you had to walk further down and around

It was clean, comfortable and quiet, had everything we needed for an overnight stay, and was exceptionally well located for visiting relatives in a nearby suburb.

There were a few very minor maintenance issues in the room - a bedside table door was off one of its hinges and the handle on the inside of the shower door was broken - but these did not affect the amenity in any way. The entrance was a little hard to find at first due to roadworks, though of course this is beyond the control of the property.
