All are okay except for few subtle racism from the staff. Went to the pool at 4:45pm to walk around. A staff asked us if where are we going and we answered beside the beach.. he then replied “no it’s not allowed, come back tomorrow”.. then I asked why? He answered “the beach will be soon closed for iftar at 5pm. Then I said, it’s only 4:45 and we just want to walk along the beach and definitely not swim. He let us pass..but the most disappointing a white girl walking past him in a swim wear heading to the beach and he didn’t say anything.. double standard rules.. judging people by nationality. It’s not a good face for 5 star diplomatic hotel.

The Breakfast was good nice restaurant with good choices for breakfast. The gym sauna and steam was good no complaints. The pool and seating area was good, the beach was a small area was ok. The rooms was fine standard, but shame did not have a balcony

The fact we would have to pay extra for balcony. I think hot countries like Qatar should have balcony included in the price. We paid good money for the stay so we expect that. I was not happy paying extra in your local currency ,for our stay compared to the price we agreed with booking .com. You should not be charging us extra, because you take payment in local currency from our card payment, that is unfair to us

The location of the hotel is great, it's in between Doha Downtown and Pearl Island. There a bus stop 5 minutes away and a metro station 17 minutes from the hotel, it's easy to get around if you aren't keen on taking a taxi everywhere. The breakfast was tasty but it might not suit everyone's palette. There a wonderful, clean beach on the hotels territory and a spacious pool. The staff were polite and helpful. I'd recommend choosing Doha Hilton for a vacation stay.

The resturant can get crowded at breakfast hour and stuff can't keep up with the mess people leave. There's a spa center available for no additional charge, the saunas were disappointing and the hydro-pool is confusing, it's cold therefore you wouldn't be able to sit there for long time. You should keep in mind that there is sun shining on the beach and pool area only in the first half of the day, it's a pro for summer but a con for winter stay. Depending who's on the shift the room cleaning stuff could do a good job or a medicare.

Breakfast was great. We booked for 3 nights and decided to extend. The price went up so we booked a regular room instead of the suite. The manager then let us stay in the suite instead of moving. It was unexpected and awesome to not have to pack up all the bags. Great Manager

The only thing is bringing in outside food. I understand the rule but the kids love McDonald’s and would have liked to bring them breakfast as they don’t have where we live

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hilton. The hotel had everything we needed, and the staff were consistently helpful and professional. Breakfast could get a bit crowded at times, but the team managed it well and ensured everything ran smoothly. There was always someone available to assist, and overall, the experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again

As a side note, while the hotel itself was great, we did encounter some rude behavior from other guests. Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, but we do hope that all travelers remember to treat staff and fellow guests with courtesy and respect.

Our visit to Doha was part of my birthday celebrations the hotel housekeepers decorated our bed and left a small cake for which I shared with my husband, this was such a lovely thought. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, I would definitely recommend The Hilton Doha.

These is only a couple of things which I feel could be improved, I suffer from celiac, and I felt there was not a great selection for breakfast, even the bacon contained gluten. I had to ask each morning for gluten free bread, it would have nicer if I could have just selected my bread like everyone else. Eating and drinking at the hotel is very expensive.

Housekeeping Mohamed Riyas was amazing! The best housekeeping ever, what we had in many hotels. Lily Purohit, guest relations manager/front office helped us a lot with many questions what we asked for. Also we did not like a room and we moved to another room, what was more comfortable and better for us. She is a really great manager

The worst thing about this hotel - it is salon with ridiculous prices and poor service. Short hair cut and style cost me 1500 reals. It is not London Tony and Guy! Pool area not organized well with staying around all day. Not enough umbrellas and sun beds needed replacing. Not where to eat outside with umbrella, but boys were so good and attentive.

Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms and beautiful lobby. Loved the swimming towels and water given around the pool and beach. Good location and breakfast had a great variety.

Very noisy night club until 2am right next to the hotel on the Thursday and Friday night. The usual problem of people putting towels on loungers and going off for the day and you can't find a lounger. Not sure why people going early to collect a towel and then putting it down and walking off can't be told that they can only reserve a lounger for an hour. Some on the beach were literally left "reserved" from early morning until 3pm on numerous occasions. very annoying

Excellent breakfast.Great options. Lovely to be able to sit outside . Such helpful staff in all areas. First class beach and pool area.

Only issue with our stay was that when the main function room was being used at nighttime the music was so loud - and we were on 21st floor and it kept us awake!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The only small comment is on a couple of times we had to wait a bit longer for a table. On arrival a bit detailed explanation is needed. For example we have not been informed to swipe our card to use the lift, and we have been in the lift up and down not stopping at our room floor

The waiting time for a table in the restaurant. On our last evening we had to pay 300QR. Later on we learnt that some guests on the same situation had complimentary dinner.
