The Staff was great ,helpful and professional , The food was delicious from breakfast to dinner and its location to the sandy beach was wonderful

The Deluxe Sea View Room I booked was not comfortable as there was a non stopping Chiller or Generator which was very noisy and we couldn't sleep normally , Although other rooms in the other buildings that i booked during my honeymoon last year was very calm and convenient. This room's price was supposed to be more expensive than the other deluxe Pool View rooms so at least we shall expect a calm stay

When we first arrived in the hotel, we had a double bed room even though we asked for twin beds. After waiting for a while, they gave us a twin bed room. However, there was a strange smell in the room and the bathroom. In the next morning, I contacted with Ibrahim from the reception. Ibrahim is a super professional, kind, solution oriented manager that he found two other rooms for us after our complaints and let us choose. We got free upgrade. From the moment we moved to the new room, everything was perfect for us. All employees are helpful, positive. Food both in buffet and in the ala carte restaurants are delicious. Finally, nice beach and facilities.

They should give up on giving super cheap alcohol for all inclusive guests. Really disgusting beer and wines.

Everthing is exceptional starting from the wide room , clean and modern , clean and wide toilets , the high quality and delicious food in breakfast, lunch and dinner, and specially the romantic dinner vibes in the restaurants , highly recommended for couples , excellent service and professional staff there , the best sea there in sahl hasheesh the sea is too crystal clear and blue, best location there surrounded by banks atm, pharmacies and super markets , cafes and restaurants and golf car rentals. Finally special thanks to the professional and friendly staff there.

At the beach there is people from agencies that come to sell you packages obviously overpriced and keep bothering you during your whole stay. They dont take a no for a no. At the beach they even provide you a red fleg to expose on the umbrella to not be bothered during your tanning but it has no effect. They stopped every single day trying to convince us and some were even catcalling my lady, couldn’t even let her at the beach alone without her being worried.

Overrated hotel People starring at each other no privacy , some of the stuff is not friendly with egyptions , the toilet in the room smelled like a toilet in the street and the sink was clogged

Everything is clean and great. Staff is perfect. Special thanks to Hassan from cleaning staff and to Eslam from the gym. Staff from the restaurant is also exceptional. Food is very good, I was able to find everything I needed. My room was spacious and light, exactly as I requested.

Staff from the beach and beach bar and the fact that red flags doesn’t work on the beach, sellers still trying to sell you something. Staff from the beach bar asked €3 for a cocktail that is included in “all inclusive” and I don’t mean juice from another bar it was from beach bar of the hotel. Despite the fact that reservation of seats on the beach is forbidden before 08:00, when I came at 08:00 all places in the first row was reserved while only couple of people were there. Moreover, when I was running around 07:00 I saw that staff from the beach reserved them for some “special” guests. This is VERY unpleasant.

The staff was extra helpful and friendly..We were offered an upgrade to a “private pool + jacuzzi” suit plus so many privileges because we were on our honeymoon trip.They were also flexible with the check in and check out hours.Also, we were offered a free pick up and drop off to the airport which saved us the hassle of transportation. I strongly recommend the resort to newly weds and couples.
