The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and smelled great. Everything is in close proximity from restaurants, both NBA & NFL stadiums are 15 mins away in walking distance. Any night life activities are in walking distance as well.

The parking was a little confusing at first. But once you figure it out. It’s really easy and convenient for your stay. The staff was helpful with giving directions. It’s more so on the individual figuring out how to navigate getting to the parking deck. After the first go around, it’s easy from there.

The amenities that came with the room, it really did feel like an apartment. It was within walking distance to a lot of places. The market inside the lobby had a lot of convenient items

There wasn't much charlotte noise, which is good. But there was plenty inside the hotel. You can hear every bump and thud in the rooms around you. Along with people talking. There was no way to drown it out due to the air conditioner not staying on constantly even though the fan was set to on. The main dislike is having to pay $30 a day parking. You're already paying $100s for the hotel room, and they're taxing you like crazy. But then they tack on a ridiculous amount to park your vehicle.

It was extremely clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and had great hours. The rooms were up-to-date and very spacious.

The breakfast area could have been kept cleaner. It got extremely messy as the morning went on. Which is to be expected but staff could have made rounds to clean up the area and wipe tables. Also, our shower would not get hot and I called the desk to have someone come and take a look. We waited for a long time and I finally went to the desk and the man was very appoligetic about not making it up there. He was the only one on and it was extremely busy being the bowl game weekend. I said the AM would be ok. We again waited for an hour after calling back down there when someone did come up. He had to take something appart and fix it. Again, he was very nice.

The property location was outstanding, but the breakfast and the chef was OUTSTANDING. That breakfast was better than a stay at the Ritz or any 5-star hotel we have stayed around the world. This Chef Fernando cooked 2 chicken patties just for my son who had an allergy and is non-verbal autistic because it was the only thing he would eat.

Honestly, my plan was steal him away and finance him to start his own catering business by subcontracting with several hotels in the area where he could easily make $200k/year minus his costs for employees and labor.

The main reason I would come back is because of the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, modern & clean.

I booked a double queen room. Upon check in I was told I had a queen and a pull out sofa. I feel there should have been a discount or compensation due to the change and not being told until I got there. Finding the parking garage entrance was difficult and then because lower levels were full we had to park on the top floor. Meaning an employee had to use a fob to get us in and out of a locked gate and/or getting the elevator to access the 9th floor of the garage. Which meant going to the front desk to get an employee etc. There should be a way for guests to have an easier way in & out of the garage.

Location was great, parking was easy. Room was large and clean. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Bonus for room being ready early even with an extremely busy weekend.

While no fault of the establishment, enforcement of some type of noise code would be helpful. We had hoped to get away and relax, however the individuals above us were running and slamming things on the floor beginning at 7am and continued without any improvement for 2 hours before we decided to go ahead and pack up and leave.

The entire staff was very friendly. Special shout out to Jacob at the front desk who was accommodating to me and my family when our room wasn’t ready. The Manager, Pamela, gave our girls a little gift too. Oh, and this Texan appreciated the awesome room AC! Another perk, many places are walking distance.

No hotel bar! 😉 Really wasn’t an issue when there’s a Whole Foods next door. Win! Perhaps more pillow top on the mattress. Our room mattress was too firm.

The staff made the difference in the trip, but everything was convenient. The breakfast was great. The option to bring pets. Using the Hilton honors app to control the elevator and our room. I enjoyed the first floor not being the hotel lobby. It created a separation.

The only thing I would change is the parking garage being separate. There were some issues on our second day where the ticket scanner stopped working and we’d have to call the company operating the garage every time we wanted to leave in order to validate parking.

Comfortable bed and bedding; consistent staff! I saw the same people each day, and they greeted me. The man that refilled breakfast and helped guests was very nice (didn't get his name - bigger guy with light mustache and beard). You should keep him! Nice housekeeper that did a WONDERFUL job cleaning our room. We went to the MN/Virginia football game at the Bank of America stadium. The location of your hotel was perfect. We enjoyed our stay in Charlotte. Always felt safe.

Short walk to BofA stadium. Walkable to South End. Many food, grocery, and coffee options around. Room was quiet even with a huge concert ending. Bed was comfy. Price was good compared to surrounding options. Parking garage available.

Parking garage was a bit confusing at first. Breakfast didn’t offer many options and eggs only came in patties to make a sandwich. Our room was very clean except for the bathroom, which housekeeping quickly rectified once we requested.
