Convenient to Forest Hills, where we needed to be and which has no hotels. Clean, in good shape, friendly staff, affordable, breakfast included, fridge and microwave in room.

Room was small, bathroom was freezing (it was a very cold night), breakfast food was not good (but I didn’t expect it to be, it was plentiful and fresh, just not tasty)

The suite was large with ample room that allows you to feel like you can chill out in your room . The floor plan is laid out nice. Rooms are sound proofed and the pillows are perfectly plump and soft. TVs are large and it smelled nice when we walked in.

It’s a good ten minute walk t the nearest subway (or $12 taxi which you have to call yourself or grab one at he train station when returning). The walk is up hill for more than half. The good news is that there is a grocery store one block away and that block has a Dominos, Dunkin’ Doughnuts, Subway and a kick butt dollar store that opens at 8am on it.

It is a nice, clean, very comfortable, and quiet hotel. I have stayed there twice, and it will be my go-to.

The train is a bit of a walk away. I usually drive, so it's not a deal breaker, but if you need to take public transportation, it's not as convenient as other hotels.

A lovely hotel situated a bit far from downtown. The train station is about 12.mins walk and then almost an hour ride takes you downtown. Room is equipped with a king size double bed, an office table & chairs, coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, a 2 doors wardrobe, iron and board etc. The bathroom has a spacious shower tray and toiletries. Breakfast spread was good. Gets a bit crowded if all guests come down at the same time. I couldn't find place on the first day but the 2nd and 3rd day was ok. There is also a very nice gym and a paid self laundry room. If not for the location, I would rate this hotel a 10.

Everything was just perfect! The room was very spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. All the staff were really kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options (eggs, cereal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea etc.). The hotel was near supermarket and some of the fast food restaurants. The bus station was near the hotel and the subway station was 10 min away. There was also a shopping mall close to the hotel, 10 min away with the bus. The surrounding area was safe and peaceful.

Very Clean room , front desk receptionists were awesome.

Breakfast was delicious.Ruksana was very pleasant and helpful, she is a keeper 😊 Cafeteria lady attendant with blond bangs wearing gold necklace and hoops was rude and loud, she had an attitude and definitely needs to be retrained or placed in a different area. I didn’t know that she was standing behind me while I was getting some hash brown/baked potatoes I heard her loud voice rudely saying if I am done serving to close the lid !!!! it was not her call or her place to interact with me in that tone … very disrespectful !

Very new, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a decent amount of options. Overall the hotel inside and out seemed very well kept.

I had house keeping clean my room once during my stay, and needless to say I was very disappointed. From a very quick overview of the room after it was "cleaned" it all seemed great. But I noticed that the sheets were never changed, the towels neither. They were all just folded back to normal, but nothing was changed out. They also didn't replace my empty tissue box, and the same dirty towels were just placed back into the cubby. The bedsheets were the same ones I slept in the 2 nights prior.

I am very pleased with this hotel. It’s in close proximity to the airport, walking distance from food places as well as the train station which was very convenient. Having complementary breakfast was also very convenient as we didn’t have to worry about going out for breakfast or ordering in. The staff was very professional, they arranged for us to get a cab to go out as well as a cab to go back to the airport, which helped in us having a very hassle free stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

More breakfast options needed.

We had a late arrival like 10:30 PM and the staff greeted us with a warm smile and had everything ready for us to make it a fast check in as we were tried from traveling all afternoon in from the Midwest. Patrizia was the front desk attendant, and she was very nice and knowledgably. The hotel was near some fast food locations and it was a very nice 1 night stay.

That the Airport shuttle stopped pick-up at 9:30PM - This is NYC. The Airport shuttle should operate for a last run 11:30 PM. We live in the Midwest and our Airport shuttles last pick-up is midnight daily. The rooms are expensive in NYC and when near the Airport - shuttle should be available late and be offered free.

It would be nice to have shuttle to other airportts like jfk Also I would recommend more choices for breakfast food, and if possible add lunch menu. I mean if the hotel has more options for meal , lunch and diner for example, customers money will be deposited into hotel, not outside .

Check out time too early. It would be nice to have later check out time. My suggestion also to built similar hotel close to JFK airport. Overall, I liked everything. Especially they allowed to stay there and use my computer after check out. Thank you for everything you do
