The room was cozy and a little small, the staff friendly. Very well located, with access to the principal attaction to the city. A rooftop and a bar/restaurannt inside the hotel. Around the hotel, good restaurants, train station some steps away, banks, library and convention center. Near to the bus station to travel to other states.

The neigborhood has become dangerous, a lot of homeless and fights during the night. Police patrol was parked permanently in the block

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and it was a wonderful experience! The location was absolutely amazing right in the heart of everything. The city was beautiful, and the weather was perfect for exploring so we walked to most of the monuments and attractions. Plus, being in Chinatown meant there were amazing food spots everywhere, just steps away from the hotel. The hotel itself was great clean, comfortable, and modern , the room was a bit small but it was expected and the bathroom had everything that you can possibly need. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived VERY late and had called ahead to let them know. They made a note of our late arrival, and everything was ready for us when we checked in. Overall, the combination of the central location, excellent service, and the atmosphere during the holidays made it a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very well situated for those coming into town who do not expect to spend a ton of time in their hotel rooms. That is not to say the rooms are not comfortable, but you are not booking this hotel to luxuriate in the spacious bedrooms. The staff were great and very accommodating. I arrived pretty early on my check in day and they were able to get me into a room immediately.

The only real negative was that the shower drained incredibly slowly so after about 3 minutes the water was dangerously close to spilling over the lip of the shower. While it made it more eco-conscious there were a couple mornings I was looking forward to a decedent shower and that was simply not an option.

Property was well designed and the staff was very friendly. It's a "micro-hotel", where the rooms are much smaller and don't have some amenities. I found that everything in the room was in excellent condition and well designed to make the small space work. They also had a very nice fitness center. The staff allowed me to check in mid-morning which was really convenient. It's located right by a metro stop in a central part of Chinatown with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, including some decent spaces right below the hotel.

The only downside is that it's very noisy outside, and from a room on the 3rd floor the street noise was loud in the room. They provide a noisemaker, but that didn't work for me so well - I turned on the fan of the HVAC unit and that worked well enough. The area outside can also seem sketchy but it wasn't much of a worry for me.

I liked how cozy the hotel was, it was a very nice micro-hotel and I would 100% Stay at it again. The smart TV was a plus to me as well, I added my Netflix account and could enjoy all of my shows. The lighting control on the smart TV was super convenient as well. I loved the full-body mirror, and the bathroom as well.

The only thing I didn't like would have to be the parking situation. However, that was to be expected with the price and location of the hotel. It would've been very convenient if the hotel had parking but there were tons of street parking so it was okay.

Rooms were very well designed/laid out considering this is a micro-hotel. We've stayed in a couple of micro-hotels I would say this was the best laid out. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and modern. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring DC and just a short metro ride from DCA Reagan Airport. The water refill stations on every other floor were a nice touch as I hate having to buy bottled water, though they could be a little bit better sign posted as it took me a while to find one. The rooftop bar is a nice touch and was provided grab and go breakfast during our stay, which was very convenient.

As a woman, I'm not sure I'd have felt comfortable staying in the area if I'd been travelling alone. The hotel itself feels very safe and secure, but the street immediately outside didn't feel the safest.

Great location for what I needed it for. Staff were very friendly and hotel felt safe with security at the door 24/7.

Rooms are very small. I understand the ‘small room concept’ by Hilton but this room was very uncomfortable with 2 people and 2 suitcases. Only stayed 2 nights so it was manageable but wouldn’t be able to do it any longer than that. Some interesting characters hanging out near the front of the hotel due to a bus stop/subway being right there. Locals mentioned to avoid walking around the area at night.

A good compact room hotel that is situated in the perfect location to walk to attraction areas. I enjoyed my stay here. If you're looking for a short stay and travelling alone, I do recommend this place. The front house staff were very friendly and polite.

Despite enjoying my stay, there were 2 things to note. 1. You're in Chinatown which is a busy area and the windows don't do a good job blocking out the sound. Luckily I slept with sound cancelling ear plugs, so I had no issues. 2. The bathroom taps weren't fixed in settings. It would either go hot and cold suddenly and the tap would alternate between temperature settings to the speed of the water. The switch up happened every minute, a bizarre experience!

From the moment I checked in, EVERYTHING was superior! Sha'Ron (Ronnie) King is outstanding! She was kind, attentive and very professional! She assisted me through the check-in process and offered her assistance throughout my stay! She is a wonderful representation of what is expected from the Hilton brand! Although I had limited communications with the other staff members, the ALL were just a professional. They seem genuinely glad to assist in any way they could.

The location was fantastic. Really close to the city mall so we were able to easily access the monuments and museums. Staff was really nice and the facility was clean and had great air conditioning! Which we needed! Also- the full size shower and bathroom products was much appreciated!

The only thing we were disappointed in is that there was not a mini fridge or ice machine available. We wanted to bring home leftovers from dinner/lunch or keep some wine cold and we could not do that. Other than that, I was really happy.
