+ next to the shopping mall + spa in the price of the room + swimming pool (depth: 1,2m; long +/- 40m) + small gym center at 22 floor (amazing view) + comfortable beds and pillows + coffee and tea set in the room + great restaurant at the 24th floor with an amazing view + very kind and helpful personel + nice view from the windows (12th floor)

- we got a different room than the one booked (appartment with the kitchen) but the management offered us a free breakfast at the last day - TV placed in a way that made it difficult to watch

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The restaurant at the top observatory was truly excellent - top notch food and drinks. The staff was attentive and helpful.

One of the elevators was consistently getting stuck around our floor (8th floor) and when I experience it for the first time I immediately informed the staff. They said they would send someone to look at it right away, but during the 3 days we stayed there, the problem was not fixed. Additionally, there was a leak in our bathroom (I suspect AC-related).

Dining at the hotel was a treat; the food was not only delicious but also presented with flair. The menu offered a wide variety, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Each meal was prepared to perfection, and the service in the dining area was attentive and discreet. The standout feature of my stay, however, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always available to assist with any request. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining spots were invaluable, enhancing my experience in the city. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable and pleasant. Overall, my experience at the hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier accommodations with a personal touch. I would only recommend the cleaning staff to make sure to close the room doors and the reception to provide space for the client to check out ( a timeframe after noon).

A review needs to be fair and square. I would have rated 10/10 but rated 9/10. Let me start by saying that I chose this hotel because I wanted to pamper myself for one night. The day of my checkout, I went to take breakfast. When I came back, my room door was open. I assume that they were cleaning but nobody was inside. They took the dishes from the previous night but did not close it. Also, I did not like the fact that although I informed reception minutes before noon that I will check out a few minutes late, while taking my bath, they called me incessantly to check out and it was only 12:15. Beside that, it was a lovely stay with 10/10 nice and welcoming staff.

The check-in was super efficient and quick. The staff is always very polite and professionnal. The place is well-located. The room service was efficient and the quality of the food quite decent. The laundry service is also very reactive.

The style of the room and the design/ furnitures is really 80s/ 90s: the bathroom was really old-fashioned (with no ventilation...) The gym is very small and opens only from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.: so it is closed exactly when people have time to go to the gym... At 30 USD per person for breakfast, the breakfast rate is for sure exaggerated: for this amount, you can have at least 3 lavish breakfasts at Artcaffé or CJ's... I think it's a shame to price a breakfast at that price in Nairobi.

The whole experience at the Hotel during 6 nights were memorable and enjoyable. My family appreciate the staffs whom were presentable, professional and kindful all the time. They fulfill our inquires , give support and show we stayed in 2 different room were both beyond expectation, spacious and backed up with options that an family requires during travel

Well-located in a central part of Nairobi, with friendly helpful staff and good breakfast options. We liked that we could access the steam room and sauna for free as part of our stay.

Upon check-in, the receptionist didn't take time to explain the hotel facilities, and wasn't able to help us with any ideas of things to do in Nairobi. The hotel doesn't have any maps or other travel recommendations, but the team at the concierge did their best to help by showing us the list of highlights of Nairobi that the paid third-party tour includes.

They definitely know what they are doing. Very good facility with good standards,very spacious rooms.

They could do better with the food. I think it's overpriced. Not value for money. Paid Ksh 10,000 for dinner but think wasn't worth it. The breakfast also doesn't have variety.

Good location for exploring Nairobi. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel is huge and very comfortable. Our room was big and a great place to recover from jet lag. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Pool amazing! Would stay here again.

Hotel was very comfortable. Room was spacious and staff were superb. Breakfast was excellent and well presented and staff very attentive and professional.

Room pictures on booking.com has a bath in the bathroom. Description didn't mention bath when I re-read. So slightly misleading if you dont read fine details.

Staff is super friendly and always accommodating. Superb hotel, beds comfortable, and large clean rooms. Location is central, near to amenities.

The security process upon entering the hotel is a waste of time since the alarm alerts most of the time passing through, but no one cares.
