Location excellent for London Palladium and surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming across all areas. Thank you for complimentary upgrade of room - much appreciated. Breakfast gave varied choice. Terrace bar was a great way to complete our first day out.

Bathroom was cold - window would not shut and towel rail seemed not to work. We reported this on checking out to ensure the hotel maintenance team was aware. We could not get some lights (e.g. bedside) to work. No hot water on morning of 25th - we realise that this was out of the hotel's control due to boiler failure.

We liked the location and the friendly staff. They were very helpful in keeping our luggage in storage while we explored the city.

The only thing we did not like was the check-in time. Most hotels allow guests to arrive a little earlier, but here it seems they do not, often giving the excuse that the room is not ready. The check-out time is 11 am, and not being able to check in before 3 pm feels quite inconvenient. We tried a few times, at 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30, but were told the room was still unavailable. The earliest we were finally able to check in was 2:55, which felt very intentional. It seems you may be encouraging guests to pay extra for an earlier check-in, but that does not create a good impression. I hope you work on improving this part of the experience to offer warmer hospitality upon arrival.

We choose the hotel for its location and it exceed what we were expecting. We arrived mid morning from a 26 hour flight from Australia and they were so helpful at the front desk and were able to organise access to our room when we arrived (which was unexpected but greatly appreciated). Great location being at the start of Carnaby St and close to a number of the major streets and 5 minute walk to the Tube. Rooms were good for what is an old building converted to a hotel. All the staff were very friendly and approachable; the cleaning team were very accommodating as well. So many places to eat close to the hotel from good pubs to a variety of restaurant options. We have stayed in London a couple of times and would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay central in London with easy walking options and close access to the Tube

The location of this hotel is excellent, with Oxford Station, and Tottenham Court Road Station both very close by. The concierge and reception were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have an iron, a kettle and a refrigerator in our hotel room, as these items are becoming scarce in a lot of hotels. The Courthouse hotel is surrounded by restaurants and café and shopping. Liberty, was literally across the road. I will definitely stay here again.

it was a very nice environment and was the staff Titch was extremely welcoming. I would come back and stay just because how pleasant he was. As it was my birthday we were upgraded and cake left in the room, the room was beautiful and the hotel as a whole was superb!

The bar had closed around 11pm. which was slightly disappointing. although being in soho you had many options outside the premises. Also the only issue we had with the room was our fridge. It had a very strong unpleasant smell coming from it which was very off putting and made us not want to use the fridge to keep our drinks cool. (I did report this to receptionist, they said they would send someone up to have a look). Nobody came unfortunately.

Unusual facade, everything easily accessible, modern lifts to all floors, handy little bar, excellent breakfast with staff who were very attentive particularly Ramadan who goes over and above what you would expect for service.

access through the main door has steps and difficult for people with disabilities not even any handrails at the side of the steps. Television controls was difficult to understand. Would prefer a walk in shower in place of a bath. And disappointed there is no Dining room for dinner other than Indian street food restaurant

Didn't feel like staff was knowledgeable in the area, directions, or how to guide guests around the city. Concierge bought is the wrong tickets and wr have yet seen a refund. Concierge was OK but not great. Need to train other staff as when a question is asked they seemd like they always looked at another staff member to help out. 2-3 people at bell desk and not ince we were asked to help w luggage, taxis or directions. I would stay again but not great for the 1st time visit to the city.

Location,location,location,the room though not large being the classic double was adequate and well appointed,excellent bathroom etc with bathrobes for use going to the Spa and slippers supplied.We had a top floor room,very quiet particularly as it's located opposite Carnaby St at the rear of the London Palladium. Excellent Sky Bar terrace on the same floor with views over to Carnaby St and Liberty's store being just off Regent St and down from Oxford Circus. Staff were very helpful and are to be complemented for their courtesy and attention to guests needs. The building is Grade 11 listed being the former Magistrates Court and the plaque still adorns the discreet entrance to the hotel. Very nice foyer area with bar and dining off,however can't comment on the dining as we were out for the David Gray concert and took advantage of the ambience in the old pub opposite the Palladium meeting other concert goers.

Only 2 tea bags and Original coffee sachets apart from a couple of Earl Grey and Decaf,4 milk Containers and no biscuits which for a 5 star hotel is very frugal considering the cost of the room.TV remote only worked intermittent but got by as only a 1 night stay, reported it on checkout. 11am checkout is too early to avail yourself of the Spa facilities as only opened at 10am.This is compounded by the standard 3pm check in.However we appreciated being allowed to check in earlier. Didn't appreciate Housekeeping knocking on our door at 10.30 asking if they could clean the room a half hour before checkout time!

I booked the Courthouse for one night as I was performing at the London Palladium and it's just next door to the stage door. I was given a room upgrade and met with a complimentary bottle of wine and cheesecake in the room, alongside a note from the staff wishing me good luck with the show! Very nice touch...The rooms were quiet, spotless and the beds and pillows were among the most comfortable I've ever experienced. All in all a fantastic place to stay an so reasonably priced for the location. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again !
