Fab little hotel, in a brilliant location, 8-min walk to Pimlico Tube or 14-min walk to Victoria Tube & Train station. Lots of food places within walking distance aswell, Fireaway Pizza was delicious. Easy walking distance to the Apollo Victoria Theatre too. Nice quiet location, and so easy to get into and around central London. Cute boutique style hotel, small rooms, but perfect for a few nights stay, super comfy beds, fresh towels, lovely staff and gorgeous reception area.

The bathroom was very unclean, and in need of a deep clean, limescale & mould in and around all of the shower. The tiles also had mould patches. The rest of the room was very clean, floors, bedding all spot on but the bathroom let it down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.They brought replacement tea bags and milk when requested to our room. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice.. The location was perfect and it was very quiet. We slept well and enjoyed our stay.The price of our stay was good We would stay again.Thank you.

Everything was good.The towels were replaced by room service . Thank you. But the bed wasn't made properly and the duvet was higgledy piggledy inside the cover in our room also cleaning in the bathroom/floor wasn't done Also replacing the tea/coffee,milk seeded to be done.Hope this helpful.But apart from that everything was great Thank you.

Location, Lots of shopping variety for food and drink and essentials. Very friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Elevator. Continental breakfast was very nice and good value for money. Kettle /tea/ coffee provided. Bus stop outside the door . It was clean and comfortable but a very small room. ( I chose a single room) Hot water with good pressure. Window that opened slightly. I was on 5th floor, so it was quiet. I booked last minute, so it was a bit pricey, but the location was good. Good door lock.

No fridge, however staff were very accommodating with extra milk. No air con or fan. ( it was a very hot London weekend ) No room safe.

I want to say that this rating is about the expectations of a 3-star hotel. And there are absolutely no complaints in this regard. We took a room for two with two separate beds. Yes, the room is not big, there is no closet for clothes and that is the only thing that is noticeable. But our stay here was a tour of London and the room was used practically only for sleeping. Considering the location, it is an ideal choice because all types of public transport are close by, and some sights are easily accessible on foot. So, the experience with our stay in room 404, in the context of 3 stars, makes this hotel a very good accommodation in an ideal location for a tourist tour of London.

The only complaint is that there is no wardrobe for clothes. If I were them, I would remove the part along the wall with the coat hangers and put a smaller wardrobe there because there is room for it. I'm talking about room 404

Hotel location is a 2 minute walk from Pimlico underground. Upon arrival the hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were friendly. Room was small but comfortable with clean linens and plenty of towels for my friend and I. No air con in the room but a fan was provided. Noise from the street was minimal which was surprising since when my friend and I were returning to the hotel in the evening there were a lot of house parties going on on the street. Check in and Check out were quick and easy, staff member even offered to store our luggage for us if we wanted to walk around before leaving London without our luggage.

Lift is on the smaller side and a little dim which isn't good if you're not keen on small spaces.

Staff were very welcoming and approachable. Room thankfully had a fan that was already switched on in the room when we got in which was great as it was super hot. Breakfast room was lovely, again with lovely and helpful staff. Nice bathroom with many towels and nice and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.

Room was a little smaller than expected. Gap between the wall and bed at the head of it as the wall comes out a little so pillow kept falling behind the gap- we turned around and slept at the foot of the bed which solved the problem. Room was super hot- even when temperature outside cooled down, was uncomfortably hot even with the fan on!

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, not much traffic in the street at night so one can sleep well. No. 24 bus stop just in front of the hotel. A/C available and it can be regulated individually. Noises made by guests in the hotel is completely different matter and it happens almost everywhere. Beds are very comfortable, l slept better than at home 😁 The room was rather clean. There was a tea/coffee set provided - not only tea and coffee was available but even milk. Good breakfast, enough choices even for a vegetarian. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. It is possible to leave luggage after the check-out (free of charge) and there is a bathroom you can use, too.

The room was really small with a tiny washbasin in a tiny bathroom. Although good enough for a few days for one person, l can imagine how cramped it must be for two. No hooks for towels next to the washbasin (fortunately l always carry my own). The shower was ok, there was always hot water, but l wouldn't put the shower gel dispenser on the right, it is not convenient, it would be much better on the left of the shower. The room was for two but there was only one chair and it definitely lacked at least a little table.

Such a nice warm welcome when we arrived from a long journey. We made our way to the room and oh wow absolutely beautiful, the smell of freshness hit us. The room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable! I was over the moon with the fan as it was very hot. Reception staff are so nice and a massive plus was the hotel had a lift. It's perfectly situated, 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace road, so many restaurants a minutes walk away. Highly recommend Mildred's!

Everything was perfect

Great budget hotel, fantastic location (10 minute walk from London Victoria) and most importantly, incredible staff, i was cared for from the moment i got there with all my requests and wants met, I was treated like the hotel was just a second house for me and taken care by the worlds nicest receptionist who was kind to everyone who walked in through the front doors. The hotel was convenient to both the Victoria and Pimlico stations and the bus was right across the street. The hotel has an elevator and the room was quiet. The staff were good to accommodate my Laundry Heap pickup and delivery and stored our luggage for us during our final day in London. Good service.

The bathroom was a bit small, but everything worked so no complaints.
