My room was a good sized clean room. It had a small refrigerator with a mini bar, kettle, but no microwave. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and pool, a massage service, and roomservice. The hotel has a small fitness room (Gym) in the basement. The location is awesome. The hotel is in walking distance of the BTS, subway station, 7/11, a variety of restaurants, Foodland supermarket, Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy, Sukumvit, Nana, and The Exchange Tower.

It would have been great to have a microwave.

The staff - particularly in the restaurant - were very helpful and kind. At breakfast we were very well looked after by Rose and the rest of the servers, they made sure that we had plenty to eat and drink! Front desk organised a taxi for the day, and a taxi to the airport - I felt they were competitively priced. The pool and bar had a fabulous view. The room was clean with comfy beds, a safe and good AC. Plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast was excellent - buffet with lots of choice and freshly cooked eggs. There are loads of nice places to eat nearby and it's very close to a huge shopping mall and the MRT. If you want to stay in the Sukhumvit area I'd recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the rooms and common areas was impressive. The view from the rooftop — both from the pool area and the restaurant — was absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take amazing photos, especially during sunset. The atmosphere up there is calm and luxurious, adding something truly special to the stay. Breakfasts were a real highlight of our stay — incredibly rich, varied, and very tasty. There was something for everyone, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. Special thanks go to four wonderful restaurant worker Rose and her team, who prepared breakfast each morning with such care and skill. They were not only talented in the kitchen, but also incredibly kind and warm, always greeting guests with a smile and making us feel right at home. This hotel is truly worth recommending, whether you're here for a short stay or a longer holiday. I would love to return someday. Best regards!

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Asok Station, and you can walk through the indoor passageway of Exchange Tower, so there’s very little time spent under the sun. There’s a 7-11 right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for any necessities. There’s a gym on the ground floor and a rooftop bar and swimming pool. The kids loved swimming and playing in the pool. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The breakfast service is also wonderful, with additional handmade dishes served at your table. Rose warmly greeted us and brought us a cute hippo-shaped coconut jelly, along with heart-shaped watermelon. The fruits here are really tasty. Kookai served us a fresh mixed fruit smoothie, which was refreshing and delicious. This hotel is definitely one we would love to come back to!

The hot water output from the showerhead will change in a regular pattern, but this is not a big issue.

wifi need to be fixed. place a signal in the room is just a temporary solving a problem.there is literally no signal wifi in hotel kinda disappointed. ashtray above the top roof has to be change the ashes is flying everywhere in to the pool and drinks.. bath room got lately poorly cleaned i saw a lot compared years before lately kinda dirty… quality is going down… new employees front desk guy in the suit is to arrogant.

Location great, hotel was very clean and the breakfast choice was amazing. The hotel ensured our room was made available sooner than the advertised time.

On our arrival we visited the pool / bar area. We had a couple of drinks which we paid for (or so we thought). However on leaving f the hotel it became apparent the drinks hadn’t been paid for.and the cash paid was deemed a tip. Not a huge issue but a bit of clarity would have helped us.

Everything was simply perfect – from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive – they really went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best it could be. One person who truly stood out was Rose. Every morning, she took such great care of us, always with a warm smile and incredible kindness. She was always willing to go the extra mile, bringing us everything we needed, and she did her job with such dedication and professionalism. It was clear she genuinely cares about the guests and is an absolute asset to the team. As for the food – it was absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and diverse. I haven’t had such great cuisine in a long time. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and am giving this hotel a solid 5 stars. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and a pleasant stay. The staff were super friendly and assisted me with my 30kg luggage without any issues. The room was cleaned daily, and there were always refreshing water supplies available. The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS and a park, with plenty of amenities in the vicinity. I appreciated the efficient air conditioning, which was one of the few in Thailand that worked perfectly. It was silent at night and didn't blow directly at me. Good Internet/Wifi connection - I managed to do my remote work without any issues.

The price is a bit high, but quality doesn't come cheap. While the view from the room wasn't amazing, it's not something you'll notice unless you're staying in the room all day.

Check-in staff/ Woody was very friendly, gave me an upgrade. Helped me with a lot of things. The in-room massage is value for money and recommended. Location is probably 100m from Terminal 21, Asok bts. Unbeatable! Bed, pillows were soft and very comfortable. Sufficient lighting in the room. Upbeat decor. Ample water bottles! Dilmah tea, Espresso machine (capsule) in the room.

A bit of musty smell in the room although it goes away at really low temperatures. Early morning reception staff spoke in a rude tone unprovoked (racism?!) Towels, linen could use some TLC. View from my room was boring. Water temperature had a mind of its own but the pressure was just right!

Hotel rooms are very clean. Location wise, is situated within 5 - 7 mins walk from BTS and metro stations. 👍 We had mango sticky rice on one of the breakfast buffet. On our last day of stay, we asked one of the staffs if the dish is available for breakfast. She apologised politely that it is a special dish, not available everyday. Then the chef, Khun Rose, came to us for feedback on the mango sticky rice and promised to make some in the coming days. Knowing that we are leaving that morning, she told us to wait for 15 mins. Shortly after, 2 servings of freshly prepared mango sticky rice were offered to us. We are extremely touch by the hospitality services offered by Khun Rose and staffs of Hotel Clover. A BIG Thank You.
