The most beautiful, amazing place to stay. Wonderful older homestead,nicely furnished, central heating, fire in the lounge room, huge windows to take in the lovely garden and grounds. Breakfast was all set out in the kitchen as if by magic, lovely coffee brewing on the stove,and a perfect host.

There was not a thing to dislike, I'd give it 12 out of 10.perfect.

Beautiful home with 3 guest bedrooms. We had the private bathroom which was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Leon provided everything needed. Breakfast was continental but lots of variety and fresh fruit. Enjoyed conversations with other guests. Highly recommended.

Enfield is out in the country but not too far from Ballarat.

The atmosphere there was so nice. We had a great feeling being there. Very clean and cosy, great decoration, lovely fireplace and kitchen and living area, and also backyard. Very beautiful and great for being away from work and relax. Bed was very comfortable. We will definitely go back :)

We just couldn't get the TV work but that's on us we were just lazy to ask! Lol

Leon our host was such a lovely man. He made my husband and i feel very welcomed. When we arrived we instantly felt at home. It was so cosy and a truly beautiful home. We had the King Size Room and everything was so clean and fresh. We had coffee and biscuits on arrival which was so good. The Continental breakfast was amazing. Fresh Coffee, Teas, Fruit, Yougurts, Delicious Cob Loaf, Cereals. A lot to choose from 😊 Value for money for sure.. We will defintely be back!

Their was nothing we didn't like.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Leon was an exceptional host, he made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the whole house was clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast of cereal, toast, juice and yoghurt was great. Tea and coffee were available all day, and lovely cookies provided as well. We were able to use the fridge as well to keep our cold items in which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just perfect.

I booked 13 night stay based purely on the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Leon is a wonderful host. Comfortable clean room and facilities. Location is only a short drive to the nearest shop. You see kangaroos in the fields in the morning and evening plus all sorts of other wildlife. Will definitely be staying again next visit to Australia.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful dwelling in woodlands but close enough to main road. Lovely large lounge with fireplace, huge kitchen and building heated. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast supplied. Organised and run by a friendly manager Leon.

Shared bathroom if occupation full could be inconvenient.

Shared bathroom but it is advertised accurately and so I can’t complain at all. Breakfast carb heavy… would prefer simple provisions of 2 rashers bacon and 2 eggs and tea/coffee than all the other stuff (cereals, breads, yogurts, juices etc.) - would be good to have the option of this even for a small charge as an upgrade.

Leon was a wonderful host. He was very kind and inviting and kept the place in pristine condition. Our room was beatifically furnished with a chocolate bar. The surrounding gardens and animals made it cozy. Generous breakfast, the aroma of the brewed coffee in the morning will make you jump out of the bed :) entire place was so warm during the winter.

Leon is a warm and accommodating host. We barely left the fireside as the temperature dropped outside. I haven't relaxed so quickly in a long time. Kitchen access made dinner easy, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat. Thank you for having us!
