The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The information in how to use the tv and spa were easy to understand and pretty straight forward. The bathroom was a little dated but was clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. We asked them for plates, bowls and extra towels, they were on our doorstep within15 minutes, with a happy smile and asking if there was anything else they could help us with just give them a call. Very welcoming. Quiet motel.

Stayed overnight with my grand daughter... it was a lovely clean and spacious room for the 2 of us. The bar fridge was one of the best I've used in a hotel/motel it kept your drinks lovely and cold. The room was well presented and clean... the bathroom although a bit 'oldish' had new tiles, no mould anywhere and very clean. I'm particularly fussy about bathrooms being lovely and clean. We both had a great nights sleep so that was a plus and guessing the beds were comfortable. (I always take my own pillow) While we were watching a movie on the large bed that was comfy for sitting up on... and they have Foxtel!!! Only con would be the tv could be a bit larger but was still watchable. I would definitely stay there again, the price was great and it's only about a 6k drive into Ballarat central. Location was great! The owner was extremely friendly and was keen for us to have an enjoyable stay which we did.

Location!!! So great, we had dinner at the Sebastopol Bowling Club right across the road, Coles is within walking distance, and not too far down the road are all the major takeaway options. We didn't notice any traffic noise, it was a nice quiet stay. The beds were SUPER comfortable, everything was clean, wifi and foxtel were a plus. The room was quite big and spacious with a decent sized wardrobe. We will definitely stay again! Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

There is nothing we didn't like. We loved it.

I was surprised by how large the room was, it fit 2 beds (1 single and 1 double) and a small dining table with 3 chairs and 2 other seats to sit in, and we still had heaps of room to spread out. The TV was large and had Foxtel channels, it's in a great location very close to supermarkets and take away shops/restaurants. Very clean room and the beds were also surprisingly comfy. The staff were very kind and it was such a cheap price.

Friendly staff. Quiet room and location. Flat ground for wheelchairs into motel spacious room. Plenty of eateries nearby.

Bedding doona abit heavy. Had to go and ask for plates and cutlery. Cups and teaspoon in the room and good supplies of teabags etc. Telly was a challenge to work out!

We were welcome with a smile, even though we arrived 2 hours later than we said we would due to traffic.. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Power points everywhere was a bonus!

Our GPS took us to the back entrance, so we had to find our way around the block to reception. We received a 3rd party email notification that said our booking was in a different area (Geelong instead of Ballarat) which was also confusing.

The staff in the office is really friendly, called us before we arrived to confirm the booking and arrival time, and when we arrived it was very easy to communicate and sounded welcomed. The two bedroom unit was quite equipped with everything, from kitchen to bedroom to bathroom. Mattresses are very comfortable and everything is simple and clean.

Some neighbours are having some sorts of games and they made a lot of laughing sounds, it was well heard from our room. If the sound proof can be improved, it would be excellent.

We had come from a tiny cabin at the Daylesford Holiday Park and to have the space and beautiful bed, bathroom and WARM was such a treat. We called it The Palace. And the little garden beyond is so beautiful. Full marks to the owners and managers. We could also entertain our family too with tea and cakes when we returned from dinner in the city. We loved it

From memory pric was good, room had a big TV With Foxtel (even though I had to turn it back on and scan all the channels myself) and also a giant spa in the room for some reason which I used of course.

Luckily my GPS routed me to the back entrance as the front entrance is only 2m high which I wouldn't have fit under, so if you have a taller vehicle, you can enter from the rear cul-de-sac access which is always open. Parking spot layout meant you had to reverse onto the grass to get out and be facing the right way. Motel is far from the centre of town so definately make sure you have a car

A gem of a motel. Clean, spacious, massive tv with Foxtel, comfy bed and pillows with nice bedding in a quiet, leafy location. The bathroom was dated but that doesn't matter to me, especially when the shower in our room had water pressure so good it could blow you through the wall. Good for massaging travel sore shoulder muscles. You can tell the owners take pride in their business. There were even grassy areas with picnic tables. We'd definitely stay here again.
