Really enjoyed our stay here felt so welcoming the minutetou open the door., Lovely location small park and newsagent to the right and beach just a stone throw away top of the street x free parking was great and not far to walk at all,room was immaculate and clean, beds are super comfy I had a peacefull nights sleep, shower room and toilet great size, loved the fresh milk in the room with tea/coffee making facilities and the small table and chairs to enjoy the morning view with a cuppa .I would highly recommend this guest house x it is a 10/15min walk 4 min drive to main sea front (pier and adventure island) but very easy enjoyable walk. Lovely little guest house, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Zara was there to greet us 😃. Fantastic location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Walk along the esplanade for about 20 minutes which is full of bars etc… bus outside property if you need it but it’s such a nice easy walk. My mum is 77 and she had no problem walking to the pier and back. There is a train that takes you to the end of the pier, we done this b amind there’s nothing really up there to do once you are there, with only one expensive drink/ food place but lovely views. Would definitely stay at the guesthouse again, very impressed thank you 😊

Great location a few steps away from the beach. Bus stop into town just around the corner. Close to several places to eat and drink. Lovely clean room - spotless - and tea coffee and milk left in the room too along with the necessary bathroom bits. The host Zara was very helpful and had left nothing to chance. Would happily stay here again - recommended.

Lovely room , clean and comfortable, comfy bed , nice shower bathroom with toilet . Nice decorated. House was clean also . Definitely worth the money I payed . Superb stay

Could do with a small fridge in room for drinks . But that is an observation and not a complaints

The location was right on the shoreline road, which was great for access. The room was decorated in a modern, clean style, and made for a great picture with the table orchid for a photo I wanted to take for my dad's birthday remembrance (I posted up a birthday card he would have loved alongside the orchid; really good framing!). Wifi was included in the price; good reception.

This is definitely a guest house for younger people with good mobility; there's a steep stair to the bedrooms and the en suite was small, needing careful manoeuvring!

It was clean and comfortable great position for visiting family . Bed clean and very comfy . Large room,airy and good black out curtains.

Only downside was parking, being weekend very busy at seafront and parking for dropping of luggage especially wasn’t easy. We had a lot of delicate things as came for a funeral which made traipsing through the streets a way away was awkward but luckily not raining x other than that all good

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities.. Host kept in touch re time of arrival and was really pleasant. Even sent a message after we left.

Room a bit small. Had to make sure that bathroom door was shut to get past the beds. TV on wall a little low down as kept catching it coming out of bathroom..Only one night so not too bad.

Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet room. Welcoming host, located right next to the park and beach, good sized space. Tea and coffee left in the room. All in all a nice place to stay for a night or two.

The TV was an old digibox-style and the signal didn't work. A bit pricey but that seems to be the market at the moment. Early checkout too, was 10am and would have preferred 11. None of these are deal breakers though.

I booked this property for my mum, so she could visit me for Christmas. Zara was amazing, really friendly and kept in contact to make sure my mum's stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, right by the seafront and it was fantastic value for money. My mum will stay here again next time she visits and I would highly recommend to anyone!

The room setting was nice to provide optimal comfort and convenience. The bed was super comfy.

The automatic light in the bathroom could be annoying as it turned off when there's no movement directly underneath.
