The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very convenient. I love lots of natural light, makes the room bright and airy. The apartment has everything we needed. The location is close to Ribaira area and easy to get to many attractions. The staff is very helpful and provide detail info so it's easy to find and enter the apartment.

The mattresses are a bit old, I think. But we slept just fine.

Fantastic location - all the main sights were within walking distance of the apartment. So many excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-appointed. Communication with YourOpo was excellent- speedy and helpful responses.

I must emphasise these are minor inconveniences and possibly easily addressed. The room upstairs was quite noisy at night - there seemed to be street noise coming in through the cupola. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the upstairs bedroom and no reading light next to the bed. The light at the foot of the bed had to be switched off before getting into bed.

It was a fabulous apartment! Spacious, quiet (apart from some works on the footpath but that’s temporary) modern and clean, great wrap around balcony with evening sun. Best pasteis de nata just across the road, a fab we superette just round the corner and super close to the river only one block away. A popular strip with lots of restaurants only a block away too. Easy walking distance to the train and metro. Great elevator to get you to this 4th floor apartment.

Nothing! A small washing machine would be a real asset, we were at the end of our holiday so didn't bother trying to hunt a laundry down.

This place was perfect. It is a bit larger than it appears in photos so it was a pleasant surprise. Everything you needed was provided. Location was central to Rua das Flores and Ribiera. Attractions were easy to walk to. Sao Bento train station is just at the top of the road which made a day trip via train easy and convenient. There was a bit of construction nearby but the windows kept the majority of the noise out when wanted. And the huge windows and little balcony were perfect to let the breeze in. The little elevator helped with luggage. Staff was always available via whatsapp. They answered questions and gave suggestions. I would love to stay again.

The location of the apartment was amazing!! We were able to walk everywhere in the city center within 10 minutes. It was also quick to walk down the Riviera to grab a taxi and go to Gaia, or hop on the 500 bus up the street to any of the beaches. The apartment itself is also really cool. The view from every window was beautiful and the sound of the city makes you feel the life of Porto. It was also well equipped with everything we needed, including the cutest Smeg kitchen appliances.

The beds downstairs were a bit hard and uncomfortable.

Amazing location, walking distance to most major attraction. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. We had the top floor apartment which had a cool loft upstairs. Staff were very quick to respond to queries and extremely helpful in accommodating our requests. Could not recommend this place more

The door to the apartment was tricky to open You have to turn the lock all the way to the left and then turn it some more while pulling the door handle toward you to unlock the latch. Minor thing just thought people would like to know

10/10 overall experience. The host Anibal was so pleasant and helpful upon our arrival. During our stay, the whole Youropo team was at our disposal for any questions literally 24/7. Other than that, the galleried apartment was super cute; it is located in the very center of Porto's old town, and offers a perfect location for starting your walks through Porto. And the walks are quite an experience - the city has a feel different than any other European city we've traveled so far.

There were city works on the metro station below the building the whole time. Even they couldn't bother us less and gave our stay an additional charm! I believe they will be finished in a couple of months, so the location will get even better! :)

Location was excellent. The apartment had everything for a short stay. Was very clean. There was a lift, which was a must as we were on the third floor and would never have got our cases and a small child and buggy up 3 flights of fairly narrow stairs. The apartment was light and airy with lots of window. There is a locked luggage storage facility on the ground floor if your flights don't coincide with the check in/out times

There was some road noise which on the odd occasion was quite loud during the night despite wooden shutters. I imagine an apartment lower down in the block would be worse. We arrived at about 10am and the apartment wasn't ready from the previous guests, which we knew could be a possibility, as check in is 3pm, which meant we had to store our luggage in the lockers and hang around until 3.30pm when it was actually ready, but we managed ok as the weather was good and we could go sightseeing.

- Location! - Staff! Especially Pedro, who was very helpful and went out of his way to help us with making sure everything was OK. Both before and during the stay - Cleanliness - Apartments only one per floor means no direct neighbours and less noise - Great condition of kitchen utilities (all high quality SMEG) - Great cafe next door with the best pastel de nata in the city!

Nothing! The elevator is very slow, but this was never an issue, as it was always available.

The apartment is beautiful and centrally located. Check in instructions were easy. The bedding g is great, shower is wonderful and the kitchen is compact, but with all one could need for a quick bite. The windows are great so there is no noise at night. We were lucky enough to find street parking nearby. That was a solution for us because we were there Saturday afternoon, so we paid the oarking until 4 pm and then it was free until Mo day 9 am and we left Sunday. Parking is always an issue in central Porto,so plan accordingly. Once the metro construction is over, it should get better.
