We had an amazing stay at the Alicante Center Apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and really comfortable. It's in a perfect spot—close to everything we wanted to see and do, which made our trip so much easier. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we really appreciated how welcoming and organized the staff was. It was the ideal home base for our time in Alicante, and we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Location was great, right in the centre of Alicante, ideal for shops, restaurants and buses. The apartment was lovely, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again.

The lift was very small but I do not like lifts anyway. There isn't much that can be done about the size so we just sent our luggage in the lift and used the stairs. One thing I don't like about most Spanish properties is no smoke alarm, I understand this is common practice but it makes me uneasy at night time and I would gladly pay a little extra for accomodation equipped while smoke/fire alarm. This doesn't have to be expensive, some simply warning alarms would be fantastic

Excellent location, one street from the theatre, short walk to harbour, mushroom street, market etc. We got the bus from the airport and the nearest stop is about a 5 minute walk at the most. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom had a king size bed and TV with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom was a little small with two single beds next to each other with no space in between. I stayed with two teenagers so one of them opted to use the sofa bed in the lounge. Lots of space in the lounge, kitchen, diner to make a few snacks and drinks. We were on level 2 and there is a lift if you need it. There is air con in the bedrooms and living space. We went in April so did not require although we did use the head function after showering. Very friendly hosts.

How water for showering wasn’t always reliable, the water heater could be reset but this still didn’t seem to allow for enough hot water for a decent shower for multiple people.

Overall very good . Staff very accommodating ie allowed us to leave our bags after check out as only being picked up later in the day . Apartment was very modern and had all we needed

The only negative was that the showers in the apartment were cold throughout our stay but. Not sure why as the water from the kitchen tap was warm . I did report this to staff via a message but did not receive a response .

Fabulous apartment, there were only two of us, we each had our own bedroom and our own bathroom which was perfect as we were there for 20 days. It has a decent size tv with Netflix, etc. wifi was excellent. Lovely bright living/ dining area. A coffee/tea tray and biscuits were provided and a few tablets for the washing machine. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for a home from home stay. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant city of Alicante. An easy bus ride on the C6 from the airport, get off Mercado-El Sabio. You are literally a five min walk to the apartment. We had great communications with the manager, check in was given in clear and easy instructions, we arrived late, had to take a taxi from the airport it was 25 euro. 10 min walk to the harbour, past lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Market stalls were open in January, always lovely for a browse. We were blessed with good weather so spent some time enjoying the beautiful beach. We walked to Albufereta a few times, beautiful views, takes about an hour but they are in the process of doing a walkway which is going to be amazing. There is a beautiful beach cafe ‘Albufereta Beach Bar’, it’s the only one. Definitely worth a visit, lovely coffee and tostada. I would definitely return, the Manager could not have been more helpful and attentive. Returned messages very quickly.

Apartment was perfect in every way. It is opposite a night club, so Fri and Sat evening it was very noisy. So if your not a party animal and are a light sleeper take ear plugs. Very quiet during the week. But you are in the centre of a vibrant city it will be noisy pretty much everywhere,

Location of the apartment in the centre of town, close to the beach and market, was superb. The apartment was large and had all the facilities we needed. There was a lift. There was an en-suite and bathroom. It was light and airy and had two small balconies.

There were no hooks in the en-suite, bathroom and kitchen. Not a big deal, but would have been useful, as there was nowhere to hang a tea towel for instance. The coffee machine was disappointing, but a small detail.

The location is fantastic...close to all amenities...restaurants, coffee shops on your doorstep...you are in the middle of the hassle and bustle of Alicante and its offerings. The apartment was spacious and airy, equipped with everything you need during your stay. We were able to prepare breakfast there! The apartment was spotless and the host very welcoming and friendly. You are just stone's throw from Puerto del Mar! Both the check-in and check out were easy. We highly recommend this property for your weekend and for the longer stay. Perfect for the family due to space.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, much thanks to the friendly receptionist from Venezuela who greeted us warmly. She was very helpful, giving us all the necessary information to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the apartments is exceptionally convenient. It’s just a 5-10 minute walk to a vibrant club for some nighttime fun, and equally close to a specialty coffee shop for our morning caffeine fix. This perfect positioning allowed us to enjoy both the lively nightlife and the peaceful mornings effortlessly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay!

The chain for opening the blinds in the room was broken. Hope you'll fix it soon, 'cause there is perfect wide windows to see how city flows while you having breakfast.

Staff lovely, stored luggage for us as late flight. Apartment very central, 7 to 8 minutes walk to the port and beach. 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds.

A few small details Mattress topper for use on sofa bed stained. Toilet seat in ensuite bathroom lopsided and moves when sat on. Tap in sink of ensuite loose. Second bedroom is twin room but the single beds touch each other and take up whole width of the room, no room for bedside table. Ok for a few nights but not as a long stay.
