It was so relaxing. This is a great place to stay if you want to feel like you are among locals, I chose it for the ambiance, not to feel like I was in a pampered resort. The location to everything was perfect and few minutes walk to beach, dining and shopping. We had a cat that adopted us, we loved having coffee with him every morning on our private patio! We will stay here again when we return to Kata beach!!

It fills up fast, I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately, there were no vacancies!

Amazing staff! Everyone was so kind, and they took very good care of me. The next time I return to Phuket, I will definitely be staying here. Their bar/cafe is a great social atmosphere, and they serve excellent food and drinks.

The shower pressure was a bit low, but it wasn't a big problem.

We have something to compare with, we travel a lot. Great place! We booked earlier in 2024 the Melissa Hotel (also not far on this street). It stood 2 times and 3 times further from the beach. In Melissa the Passage Yard, everyone slams the door and screams. It's quiet and authentic here. Very clean, white towels, shampoo, serviceable conditioners. Rested as a family with two children. Actually, it's 4-5 minutes to the beach. There is a passage on the street, when you go outside, go to the left.

For this money, the place is perfect! There is more expensive and nothing better. If the hotel doesn't raise prices, we'll come back and recommend it

The location, the privacy, the space in budget, the cleanliness and the facilities. It was very close to the beach like a 3 minute walk. The room was spacious and had two towels, 2 small towels, 1 hairdryer, 1 mosquito bat (didn't need it though), the shampoo and the body wash smelled so good, room service came daily, a big wardrobe, other tables with many compartments, 2 umbrellas, 2 bottles of water daily, a refrigerator and more. I loved my stay here. It's perfect for a medium budget traveller. I definitely recommend this. The location is also very nice and beautiful. ❤️

Didn't expect much considering the price we paid ... It was not the Ritz of course but had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Staff lovely and welcoming, nice little restaurant bar and beautiful decoration in garden- little bit of Thai culture!! and a nice little balcony. Plenty of hot water including toiletries and daily maids cleaning and changing towels bedding etc. excellent mini bar - not food for the diet cos of course we couldn't resist it - haha - but so great to arrive to a nice cool beer ready in your own fridge after a long journey!! 😉 So surprised to see the owner is from Corsica - as my husband's family are also from there... Rare and special!!! Even liked the shop just next to the hotel as it was reasonably priced with fixed prices which was appreciated when you are tired of haggling! 😂Thank you for a lovely time, we really enjoyed it and will be coming back! 🙂

Excellent location - very close to Kata Beach and just off the main road so very close to local amenities but there was little to no noise from the surrounding area. I particularly liked how just outside the room, there is a small area with a table and chair reserved for each room in case you wanted to bring some food back and eat it outside your room. Also there is a clothes drying rack for your wet clothes after going to the beach. There is NO breakfast included but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that can provide breakfast for a small fee.

The bathroom, while clean, did show some signs of use. Some of the sealant was wearing a bit thin and, from memory, the shower head was a little loose. Also there is a small gap at the front door which allowed a fair amount of ants to crawl in during the day (but this could be easily blocked with some wet tissues). I would also not blame the property for this as insects are a constant nuisance in SE Asia.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Kata Leaf, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff, who treated me like family. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The accommodations were impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The rooms were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, providing a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly stood out during my stay was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always ready with a friendly chat and helpful recommendations. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their guests, but at Kata Leaf, it felt like I was surrounded by friends.

Great family hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy. .The Kata Leaf restaurant/bar is handy for food. Club Sandwiches are awesome along with traditionalThai dishes. Food in general was very good . Location was perfect. 5 min walk to the beach. Big choice of restaurants/bars/shops/street food. Defo the place to go if u want busy but not too busy! Scooter hire was available from hotel but didn't use . Stocked fridge with loads of goodies and well priced. All in all.a great experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our 3 day stay . We initially booked for 1 night but they were very accommodating and fit us in for an additional 2 nights . it's close to everything you need here. Attached is a bar and restaraunt. it was very quiet and peaceful and the beds were very comfortable with great crisp cotton bed linen .Air conditioning was great! The rooms are super clean including the bathrooms. I love the resident cats, although they don't belong to this property they are permanant visitors and are very sweet.

Everything was great. Room (11) has 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and place like a balcony. Facilities were in good condition. Fan and conditioner in each bedroom. Right on the main street, 2 minutes to the Kata beach. 10 minutes to the Kata Noi beach. Cleaning every day. Staff is kindly enough. We were satisfied with our stay here
