Ver new and nice hotel with super beautiful lobby and public areas. Very easy to get access to airport by tram in front of the hotel. Lisa and staffs are friendly.

Seriously, nothing. But, there was one thing i want to mention that when I called to the room service at one night that I need new towels because I didn’t request house keeping for my entire 4-nights stay. The staff wanted to me to pay, which is a bit unacceptable to me. I had to explain again so she agreed to give me new towel. I could have new towels every day but I just request once, She could already have the history about my house cleaning history. Almost all the hotels prepared extra towels in the room even you booked for only one person. I dont to think it is service any hotel and provide, not necessary to pay extra.

The staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem with the shower and they moved me to another room, which was an upgrade and provided a selection of cakes with a hand written apology note.

It’s right in front of the tram (1.70€ per person - pay with your card or purchase at the tram station machine 90min after validation) From Belfiore to SMN is 3 stops. Don’t forget to validate physical ticket. The staffs are brilliant, extremely helpful and always smiles. They’re great at what they’re doing. Check in key in reservation surname and some details, pay the tax and good to go! Checkout key in surname and room number. There are plenty of ipad for the checkin and checkout in the middle of 0 floor. All the guests were great and friendly. The room comes with shared laundry room which is amazing.

A room with a kitchen would be great for a family traveller

Fresh, new, a lot of amenities and a lot of space to enjoy. The rooftop of amazing - beautiful spaces to be with others or alone. Enjoyed the pool, although the desk around it is minuscule, it is very comfortable. The rooftop has food kiosks that open in the evening, providing more than the standard Italian pasta and pizzas. The room has great air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows and all the personal care products are top notch. Good lighting g and water pressure. We will be back!

Staff are amazing, young people full of positive energy and enthusiasm, very helpful. Location great, not to far from all attraction but perfectly far away from tourists crowds. Hotel parking is available with cost of 10€ per day. Restaurant have great choice of food with very good prices. Rooftop bar and pool is really something you can enjoy all day long

Well… if you coming for work maybe you should think about it as every night there’s party with very loud music on roof bar that’s not stoping till 1 am. If you get room that looks inside good luck with sleeping even when you close the window you can hear music. Otherwise really all is good

My room was big enough to open my huge suitcase, and it had a nice clothes rack, so it was easy to sort out my things. It was really convenient to be able to do laundry whenever I wanted using the app. The restaurant and café on the ground floor were lovely, and the staff were really friendly.

I’m not sure whether it happens every Friday, but on the Friday evening I was staying there, they seemed to be holding a party at the rooftop bar, and loud music was playing until late at night. That’s why it was a bit difficult to fall asleep, but I managed in the end.

All areas are finished to a high standard and it's a very clean, impressive hotel. Great facilities pool looked great a really nice roof top area with a bar and food options. A well furnished gym with high quality equipment.

Very big hotel, so if your room is not in the main hotel area and is away from the reception/main area (like mine was), it can take quite a walk to get from your room. In this area, the lifts don't go to the roof top, so you'll have to walk pretty far along a basement corridor to get to the main reception, to get the main lift to the gym and roof top. It can become a bit tedious but was ok for me. Can see it would take some people by suprise and very easy to get lost on the first day or 2 😅

Great location, pool was busy but the rooftop was fantastic. About 15 minutes from the train station. Was worried about reviews mentioning the car park and the shower leaking, but neither of these were a problem for us. Staff were happy to help although they were a bit busy.

AC turned itself off occasionally, which wasn't great as it was very hot. AC also made occasional noises throughout the night. Slightly confusing trying to find the room as we couldn't go through the main entrance, but a member of staff showed us to our room. Hair bobble from a previous guest was left in the shower, but otherwise the bathroom and room seemed clean. Only one towel was left in the room but this wasn't a major problem for us.

Location was excellent, right outside a well connected tram stop which is easy to use. Bed was very comfortable and the roof top pool and seating area with bar was gorgeous. Fantastic views.

I didn’t like the self check in. I had already checked in on line, including inputting all our passport details. but on arrival there was more self service to do, including activating the key. There was someone there to help, but when arriving a bit flustered and tired, late at night, I didn’t want to think about self check in too. I appreciate this might save money and space. The water was only lukewarm warm, and that was after 5 minutes of running the shower, and the bathroom floor was a bit mucky on arrival. I also struggled to get my key to activate the lift from and to the pool, so took the stairs which wasn’t an issue.

I didn't expect that the hotel would be soooo nice! It's located like 800 m from the historical center of the city but every time when I went back I felt like I go home because I knew I had nice room, kind stuff of the hotel, wonderfull lobby where I could relax, have a drink and snaks, play pinpong with my friends, go up to the swimmingpool on the top floor with nice view of the city, have evening parties on the roof. Everything was very comfortable. If one day I decide to come back to Florence I will choose this hotel. Only this ! )
