Ver new and nice hotel with super beautiful lobby and public areas. Very easy to get access to airport by tram in front of the hotel. Lisa and staffs are friendly.

Seriously, nothing. But, there was one thing i want to mention that when I called to the room service at one night that I need new towels because I didn’t request house keeping for my entire 4-nights stay. The staff wanted to me to pay, which is a bit unacceptable to me. I had to explain again so she agreed to give me new towel. I could have new towels every day but I just request once, She could already have the history about my house cleaning history. Almost all the hotels prepared extra towels in the room even you booked for only one person. I dont to think it is service any hotel and provide, not necessary to pay extra.

What’s not like about this place! The social hub is only based out of Europe but I can’t wait when they decide to come to the states

I loved my time at The Social Hub Belfiore. The rooms were wonderfully quiet. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and the perfect start before heading out. Throughout my stay, the staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly. And then those extras—the rooftop bar with its amazing city views and the pool for cooling off—that gave the whole stay an extra spark. The vibe of the place is just so cool, modern, and unique. I already know I’ll be back next year.

The only downside: my room was in the second building instead of the main one, which meant a longer walk every time I wanted to get back to the hub of things.

It was a newer property updated, centrally located. They also had bicycles that we checked out for only $17 well euros for 24 hours that included insurance in which we had a great time with that. They also offer free laundry service, which was wonderful. The bed is super comfortable, and they brought us extra pills which made it even more comfortable. They have a very nice rooftop with Pool bar and food although it can get very busy as well because the public can go up to the bar area and socialize. They also offer ping-pong and pool in the main lobby with a café and a restaurant. Staff was extremely helpful and spoke good English well being in a good food and made good suggestions for us. Staff such as Valentina and Melissa were a great help.

The only thing we weren’t very excited about was on Sunday evening the DJ on the rooftop played music a little of the loud side and didn’t stop until around midnight or so. Other than that, it was great.

The staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem with the shower and they moved me to another room, which was an upgrade and provided a selection of cakes with a hand written apology note.

It’s right in front of the tram (1.70€ per person - pay with your card or purchase at the tram station machine 90min after validation) From Belfiore to SMN is 3 stops. Don’t forget to validate physical ticket. The staffs are brilliant, extremely helpful and always smiles. They’re great at what they’re doing. Check in key in reservation surname and some details, pay the tax and good to go! Checkout key in surname and room number. There are plenty of ipad for the checkin and checkout in the middle of 0 floor. All the guests were great and friendly. The room comes with shared laundry room which is amazing.

A room with a kitchen would be great for a family traveller

Great rooms with nice zenology amenities. The pool is great, loved the round pool bed in the shade. Loved breakfast, the food trucks and all the spaces it has, which are very many. You even get a certain amount of laundry rounds included and they have fast washing and drying. Perfect to take the metro from the airport (1,70 pp!) to the hotel directly and fast. Staff in the restaurants and at reception were great. Tremendous views from the rooftop.

Surprisingly for a place like this, housekeeping was bad. We had to call almost every day (and the days we did not it was because we were tired of it) because they were inadequate. When we arrived we had an empty body wash bottle; we showered to days with shampoo until it was fixed. They provide complimentary water, coffee and tea (or so they say in their own room info) but you do not get it until you ask. On our last day we got towels for one guest instead of two. They hang around a lot in the hallways and are noisy. About noise; there are parties on the rooftop almost daily until midnight. And traffic noise; so bring your noise cancelling earbuds. It is a little far from the city center, around 30 minutes walk, but we did not mind that.

Fresh, new, a lot of amenities and a lot of space to enjoy. The rooftop of amazing - beautiful spaces to be with others or alone. Enjoyed the pool, although the desk around it is minuscule, it is very comfortable. The rooftop has food kiosks that open in the evening, providing more than the standard Italian pasta and pizzas. The room has great air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows and all the personal care products are top notch. Good lighting g and water pressure. We will be back!

Pool area was too small and a better variety of food would be appreciated.

Staff are amazing, young people full of positive energy and enthusiasm, very helpful. Location great, not to far from all attraction but perfectly far away from tourists crowds. Hotel parking is available with cost of 10€ per day. Restaurant have great choice of food with very good prices. Rooftop bar and pool is really something you can enjoy all day long

Well… if you coming for work maybe you should think about it as every night there’s party with very loud music on roof bar that’s not stoping till 1 am. If you get room that looks inside good luck with sleeping even when you close the window you can hear music. Otherwise really all is good

Gorgeous roof top terrace - perfect for sitting by the pool or having a night cap drink before bed. The cafe downstairs is great and the food is lovely. Room facilities are great, no need to take many toiletries as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Air conditioning is good and nice little touch with the water in the room. Would stay here again.

Lacking a safe in the room and could do with a little table at both sides of the bed. House keeping walked in even though the do not disturb sign was on but just left some clean towels on the bed and left so not too bad, but if we’d have been in bed might have been a bit different!
