- Although a little far from the city center, the hotel is very close to the metro and to a bus station. It is also close to some restaurants and grocery stores, which is very useful - It is extremely easy to get from London Stansted to the hotel. A one-hour bus ride and that's it! - Everything in the hotel was very new and well-maintained (to the point that the mini fridge in the room had not even been installed when I arrived) - Air-conditioned room, with air-conditioned floor (heated in winter)! - Practical and flexible check-in and check-out - Great value for money

- The room I stayed in had a small refrigerator, but it wasn't turned on when we arrived. It wasn't turned on until the second day of my stay (and it worked fine after that). I think this was because the refrigerator was new. - A little far from the city enter. You will need to take the tube or a bus to go anywhere - Although there is a small kitchen and some utensils like forks, knives, and plates (2 of each), there is no frying pan or pan and no way to wash these things if you don't buy a sponge and soap by yourself. It's strange that there are some utensils but not others. - I did not enjoy people coming inside my room to finish installing the fridge or changing the room's temperature without informing me first (there was no warning about it).

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the host Mary. She is the nicest lady you’ll ever meet! We were allowed to check in earlier because our apartment was ready. Also parking was great; we were able to leave our car after check-out the next day, which was super convenient for us. Location was good, there is a tube station within a 10 min walk and you can get into Central London in 20 mins. The apartment had everything we needed and it was quite spacious. Any questions you have, host Mary is there always happy to help you. We would definitely book one of their apartments again next time we need to bring the car into London!

Based on value for money, location, cleanliness, WiFi, parking and the size of the apartment, you cannot go wrong with this place. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and were extremely happy with the room and the staff, who were helpful and courteous throughout. The apartments are simply laid out, but you have everything you need, and the size of the rooms is impressive. Golders Green Station is a short 10 min walk away, which is extremely convenient, and there are many grocery stores, bakeries and eateries all on your doorstep. We will certainly be back.

Convenient location, 10 minutes' walk from Golders Green tube station and a variety of shops and restaurants on the way. It was great to be able to park our car on site and use public transport for most things and there was always a parking space when we needed it, though the number of spaces are fewer than the number of rooms. We had a two bedroom unit, for myself, my husband and a friend and there was good space to eat in the sitting area. We just had breakfast there and the kitchenette and crockery was fine for the purpose, and it was great to have washing up liquid and kitchen towel. I was glad of the lift even if it was a bit slow.

The second bedroom didn't have a bedside table or lamp, so it wasn't quite as comfortable for our friend. We stayed three nights so would have liked a spare bin bag.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very kind, friendly, and always helpful. Everything was perfectly arranged in the room, so we didn’t even need to ask for anything. There were clear instructions and useful information provided, which made everything very easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable – just perfect for a family of four (two kids and two parents). Overall, we are really satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was that the room was quite noisy at night. We could hear a lot of traffic sounds from the street, even with the windows closed. This was the only negative point, as everything else was really good and we enjoyed our stay overall.

We recently stayed for an Oasis gig at Wembley. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. The room had more than expected, kettle, toaster, microwave, elecric hob, teatowels, washing up liquid, cutlery and crockery. Had a kitchen/ diner with tv then a bedroom the other side of the bathroom, more spacious than we thought it would be. We were happily greeted at the door and given great advice on how to get to Wembley. (Bus stop 30 second walk from hotel, takes about 30 mins to get to Wembley way). Parking was perfect too. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend

The hotel room was spotless, big, and had a nice kitchen. The location is close to the tube station with many shops and restaurants. I got there by bus directly from Stansted Airport. It is a perfect place to get to the city center.

There was not too much kitchenware, so the kitchen was not fully used. The soundproofing is not ideal. It can be a bit noisy on weekends.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean, and the location was quite convenient—just an 11-minute walk to the nearest tube station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent value for money with the amount of space and facilities provided. The location is very convenient for public transport with buses and the tube an easy walk away, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was very clean when we arrived and Mary who checked us in offered us helpful advice about how to get around London during our stay.
