Lovely studio with everything you need to live a life comfortably in Tây hồ! Rooms are clean and get cleaned every 2 days! My room was at the 4th floor which had a nice view over the area and on the top floor you will find wash and dry machines for your clothes, very convenient! Staff is very friendly and helpful. if i needed something or i had a question, i can ask through whatsapp and in a couple minutes i had a reply. definitely worth the money for what you get! i will definitely comeback here.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of—soft robes, a full set of towels, and spotless, fresh linens. The room’s design was absolutely stunning—stylish, cozy, and clearly crafted with care. The location was another highlight—just a short walk away from a lovely park with a beautiful lake. It became my favorite spot for walks with my dog. A perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

This was a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment complex. The only thing that was slightly strange was that when I got there, nobody was at the reception so I had to wait 30 minutes to get into my room… other than that the place is clean and comfortable and I would stay again 😊

If you need to be in Tay Ho (as I did) then the location was fantastic. Very friendly host Ms Trang. Very professional. Key easy to access. I arrived very late at night and all went smoothly and instructions perfect. Good size studio apartment.

I would have like a bottle of water in the room as when I arrived I was thirsty and it was too late for the shops to be open. A smoke detector would have made me feel safer. Lacked a tea towel to dry the dishes. Overall though I was very happy.

A lovely little Appartment with a kitchen which was perfect for us! The owner was so friendly and helpful with the booking and making sure everything was going well! close to multiple shops which is convenient! The washing machines on the roof were a great bonus!
