We were deeply impressed by David-Receptionist's warm welcome and his loving speech for us. Our flight was delayed, so we had to check in hotel very late at midnight. We were tried but David was still very energetic to give us his lovely smile, warm welcome and a big source of positive energy. He told us that: He had been waiting for us for so long, and he worried for us, 😋 luckily we arrived, and he was so happy to see us in hotel. His actions and attitude during the check-in time made us feel like we were not his guests, but his family's members. Thank you David for teaching some most common vietnamese phrases. Thank you so much for your everything.

The room is clean and accessible, all the staff is very friendly, Especially David, he is very good, I like him very much.

The staff went above and beyond for us during our whole stay no matter who was working the front desk/door. We loved the location and found it really easy to walk anywhere we wanted to see within old town and didn't have any issues getting to and from with airport transfers and limo buses. I can not believe how big the bed was and how much space we had in the room around it.

You can tell it is an older building as it could really use some extra love and maintenance within the bathroom mostly. The room was always a little dark and humid even with air conditioning and fans. We didn't have an issue with it, however, for some you may want to note that the elevator only ran from the 1st floor.

We had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights in Hanoi, then for one night when we returned from Cat Ba island. We loved our stay here, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The showers were the best we had for our whole stay in Vietnam. A special mention to Andrew, who helped us book transportation to Cat Ba and Ninh Binh, gave advice and kept in touch via whatsapp while we were away from Hanoi. We think you have a very bright future ahead of you and wish you all the best. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a few issues with paying as the usual systems weren't working but we understand this isn't really their fault and everyone was very apologetic.

I really appreciated the staff and theri availability. I had a problem and it was immediately solved. Nice to be helped in a foreign country and to receive advices

The first night we had a room on the first floor with a "fake" window and It was different from booking pictures. In general that room, had some problems with the shower, the walls and was not so clean overall. I would suggest not to offer it at the same price to the one I got after (on the fourth flloor) By the way, I immediately reported my issue and I have sook be helped and moved into a beautiful room

Staff at the reception super accomodating( Kim and Hazel made my trip comfortable, they responded to all my requests) They even have weighing scale. Room is spacious Near the restaurants and shops

I like the fact that we had a very fast and smooth check in after a tiring and long drive from Sapa.It is in a very good location and the staffs are all accommodating and are doing their best to cater to our needs.This is a good value for our money and is recommendable.

We stayed here for a day during our 22 hour layover in Hanoi. We loved the early checkin, the room, the spacious balcony, and the friendly staff. And we are right in the middle of old quarter. It was a perfect plase to stay to experience the old quarter.

The hotel situated in Mã Mây, which I considers the best street to be staying in Hanoi Old Quarter. Tạ Hiện, Hoàn Kiếm Lake and Parking for scooters is within 5 mins walking. In comparison with other streets in the Old Quarter, it is less noisy and busy. It is also opposite to the monument Old House. Many great restaurants are nearby. The services at the hotel was also exceptional. Our room was cleaned everyday with new towels and toiletries. The staff were very friendly, professional and available 24/7. Got helped with our luggages and many personal needs. Definitely recommend and will come back if I ever want to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter again.
