I liked everything very much! The hotel is super, the spa is super, the location is excellent, the room service is excellent. I was a little surprised by the indifferent service in the hotel bar and restaurant (if we hadn’t persistently asked, they wouldn’t have sold us anything))) it was strange. The hotel is tucked away in Guimaraes and is all the more charming for that. Clean, fresh, modern and stylish about sums it up. Breakfast was good, not outstanding, and the restaurant food (we arrived late from the Santander ferry and a 5-hour drive) was welcome and satisfying. The rooftop pool looked great, although it was disappointing that it wasn't open early, as that would have been the ideal time for us to use it.

not much- recommended hotel. Car parking very limited (ie none really); however, we lucked a position directly outside the hotel.

Modern and clean hotel. I really enjoyed the size of the room (especially the bathroom), the modern and beautiful entrance, and the rooftop pool.

Unfortunately, the restaurant did not meet my expectations. I had dinner there once and ordered octopus which was not great. I left more than half of the dish on my plate and the waitress did not ask once how I liked it. When mentioning this at check-out the staff just asked me 'did you tell the restaurant?' when I said 'no' she just laughed and didn't say anything anymore.

Very nice hotel. Majority of the staff very helpful. Breakfast average but enough choice of hot, cold and sweet bits to fill up. Could not use outdoor pool due to terrible weather but spa was nice enough.

Had one issue that we were refused service at the restaurant for dinner as we did not have a reservation (not needed the night before) and there were empty tables. It was a shame as the food the night before was really good.

The staff at the hotel were very kind and supportive, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the online check-in and check-out process was very convenient and made the stay even smoother.

The AC was not working properly and remained in heating mode without the option to adjust it. Additionally, there was ongoing maintenance in the hotel, which caused some noise. The room itself could also benefit from some maintenance

Coffee weren't replaced in total and it could be added some milk as in most places of Europe. Moreover it might be close to start some maintenance/renovation in some details and painting. However it is still brilliant good quality and 4stars totally worth it to stay in

Good location. Roof top pool, narrow but full length of building, and lots of loungers. Nice hotel decor throughout, and lots of comfy seating in lounge areas. Good breakfast choice. Decent room. 6 parking spaces, but nearby alternative on street available free, or close by 24hr for 10 euros.

Roof top swimming pool bar wasn't staffed, even with 16 guests up there, and note saying ring 9 for service. Rang 9, and told not manned as out of season.... bizarre. 10 euro charge for 1 hour of swimming in indoor pool, and you have to book a slot. Pillows too firm.

Good location, beautiful hotel itself. Very good breakfast, everything was of a good quality. Maybe because of a low season the Spa was almost empty, and when there are no more than 2-4 people it’s great.

The wall under the window was moldy.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff were really welcoming, understanding, kind, polite and very helpful. The cleaners were good when it came to fresh towels daily and changing the bed sheets which was very good.

I didn't like the fact that my shower in my room wasn't cleaned on the inside around the sealant which wasn't hygienic at all not a nice smell after 3 days and the cleanliness of my floor in my room not vacuumed and moped frequently when cleaned. Those are my only two dislikes.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was really clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I ate in the dining room one night ad the duck was outstanding.

My room was up a short flight of steps - awkward to navigate with heavy luggage. To close the shower door took some muscles. The instant coffee provided in the bedroom was barely palatable.
