We liked the peace and quiet of this property. It is situated at the quieter end of Playa Blanca with a small supermarket and bar/restaurant on site but with plenty of others just a short walk away. The pool was never crowded and the complex has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The bungalow style apartments are spread out around the complex with lots of garden areas and space around them. The apartments are light, spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a self catered stay. We stayed in apt 31 (to one side of the complex) which had a sea view from the spacious terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds and pool area were clean, and there is parking on site. The Paleras Gardens were exactly what we wanted.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the Palmeras Gardens - we would definitely return.

Our apartment was better than expected. Spacious, clean,comfortable, well appointed, and in a nice situation. The cleaners visited frequently and we had towels changed more quickly than we could use them! All the staff around the complex were so very friendly and helpful, our kettle broke and even before we returned to our rooms a new one was in place. We stayed 3 weeks and self catered almost every day the hob, fridge, toaster, cutlery and utensils were all provided. Around the complex the pool area was always clean and there were plenty of sunbeds which were never fully occupied and lots of space to be in. We spent most of our time at the small beach area. There is also a tennis court and a coach,Biggi , a charismatic German lady, but take your own rackets if you can. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed that the complex was more out of town as the walkway/ cycle way was lovely and meant the area was pleasantly quiet. Thank-you to all at Palmeras Gardens.

If you are unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours you can hear everything across the terraces !

We loved everything about this place, The apartment was very nice and spotless, The location was brilliant as it's only a 2 minute walk to the seafront and a beautiful walk into the town,but you can get a taxi for €6 or a bus outside for €1.50 pp if you're not up for the walk . It was very quiet and so relaxing. We used the Tennis court which has a small hourly fee , you can also hire bicycles in the courtyard beside it and it also has a little shop and bar with lovely food.. The staff are very helpful and friendly which is always a good thing.

I liked everything

We loved our week at Palmeras Garden! There were 13 of us, all family and the staff booked us in a set of 4 apartments next door to each other, it was perfect! The apartments had everything we needed, really well equipped, really clean and great terraces! The pool was lovely and pool bar was a godsend. We ate and drank there most days and it was fabulous! We also ate and drank in Bar Arena a couple of times which was great! Dave was amazing, so friendly and lovely. Celia on the apartment reception was delightful and so helpful. We were just a 10 minute walk to the waterpark, 20 mins to Playa Flamingo with lots of lovely places to eat and a gorgeous beach. Only 5 mins in a very cheap taxi to Playa Blanca centre which was wonderful! We'll be back! Thanks so much!

The youngest and oldest in our group couldn't handle the temperature of the pool so didn't go in. The only thing that would improve Palmeras Garden is a heated pool.

The place is in a good location but not very close to the site centre. There are full restaurants close by, but if you require more you need to walk about 30 minutes or a 5 minutes drive. Fitness facility you are required to pay if you want to use the. You also need to pay extra for air-con. Our anything you require really? But overall it was fine.

Nice , well equipped apartment . Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is situated approximately a 40 minute walk from the centre of playa blanca and a 30 minute walk from playa flamingo. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and the pool. Some nice restaurants nearby if you don’t want to go into the centre.

We had no complaints . We stayed in apartment 56. We were very happy with the apartment . It was a good size for 2 people and it was reasonably priced . Bathroom could be bigger. However , the apartment faces onto the road so if you absolutely want a better view, this is not the apartment for you.

The apartments were spotless and very modern, the beds were comfy despite being two singles. The kitchen did not have any basics so do be aware you'll need to buy salt/oil etc if cooking. But plenty of utensils. We did see one cockroach in the kitchen on our third night but we had not washed up our dishes so our own fault. Ideal location for climbing Mount Roja which we did at sunset and would highly recommend! Dinner at Luna Italian restaurant a 5 minute walk away was also superb, went twice and back for a takeaway too. The Irish pub on the accommodation was also fantastic and very friendly hosts. Would recommend!

Emilio was very helpful before our arrival regarding means of transport from El Golfo. As we did not have a car, a taxi was really the only option. The other member of staff was also very helpful and cheerful and ordered us a taxi to take us to the airport upon departure. The atmosphere generally was very relaxed. The apartment itself was very spacious. It was cleaned everyday. The pool is a really good size, and while it was not heated, it provided a bracing swim. Flamingo beach was a 15 minute walk along the promenade with lovely views out to Fuerteventura.

Our apartment was number 53, which faced the tennis court and parking lot. I was hoping to be in a garden as suggested by the resort name. It was attached to apartment 54 which appeared to be modified as living quarters. This would not have been a problem if the walls were not so thin. For two of our four day stay I was woken by an alarm clock, baby crying followed by the noise of an engine of a large motor bike (which was parked outside) as the owner headed out at 7am. Unfortunately, the kitchen in our apartment had a foul smell. The free wifi was only for one guest, more users would have to pay a fee. The TV was not connected to the internet, so we were unable to use it to sign into our own Netflix or other platforms.

We stayed in bungalow 55 which was by the tennis court. Although away from the main complex it had a nice walled garden with Mountain View. This was their budget accommodation but very spacious with large living room kitchen area, very clean and well stocked with utensils. We were close to the pool which had lots of beds and umbrellas and a bar. Two minutes to the promenade and then thirty minutes stroll to centre or twenty to lighthouse. The number 30 bus runs every 30 minutes and stops outside the complex at the back. It costs 1.40 euros and goes to the centre then Rubicon marina. Five minutes stroll to the right is a small centre, at the back are three excellent and reasonably priced restaurants, Argentinian, Italian and Greek, book a table if you want a sea view window table. Below them is a tapas restaurant and a great cocktail bar. The Arena Bar on site is great, they showed three football matches at the same time. The food was excellent, we had chilli and rice for about 7 euros, but it is pub food at your table. Unfortunately the shop on site is independently run and doesn’t open till 11am and doesn’t sell fresh bread but there is a good supermarket 15 minutes away on the promenade. We had a four day break to get away from the rain at home and for peace and quiet this ticked all the boxes.

Palmeras garden is a very peaceful place. The apartments are distributed in small houses with a lot of palms and cactus in-between. I really enjoyed the peace there. The apartment was quite big and had every comfort, including a kitchen and a big terrace.

The location is a bit far from the center of Playa Blanca (which is great if you want peace and quiet) and from the beaches. There are a few restaurants close by, but I decided to go to another one. The bus stop is very close and there is a bus to go to the center and the beaches every half an hour.
