Since the check-in till the check out everything was very good. I thought that for the external aspect of the building, the hotel was going to be ancient and perhaps with some imperfections. It is old but at the same time very german and all the installations are in perfect conditions.

I have an observation but it is only for my personal health condition, which is that I would like to have as an option in the breakfast the veggie milk, like almond, oat or rice milk. However, I clarify that THIS IS NOT A DEFECT OF THE HOTEL. It's something that suits for me.

The breakfast was very good and good value for the money. It was a good continental breakfast buffet with choices of bread, cheeses, meats etc and good coffee or tea. Met all our needs.

No complaints. The first impression from the street is not very good as the entry door and hallway inside has a worn look. But all that changes when you take the elevator up to the reception. Older building neatly decorated in period style, all clean and with character.

The location was perfect - quiet and charming, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and conveniently close to the seminar venue I was attending. The neighbourhood had everything I needed, including shops, a pharmacy, a mall, and a bakery. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the staff was very kind, providing all the necessary information and responding promptly via email.

Charmingly appointed, a fabulous room with very robust air conditioning, which was greatly appreciated during the heat wave. A tasty breakfast buffet and unfailingly polite hosts. Clean, close to good transit and great food.

We have stayed here five times before as our son lives close by. We were upgraded to a suite and found it very cosy and comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellent for seeing Berlin. Thank you.

Beautiful Hotel, take a moment to look at the stained glass in the staircase. Many small details give some soul to the hotel. Mattress looked and felt brand new and was comfortable. Felt safe here and access by key at night was easy. Staff were wonderfully friendly.

Toilet was a bit cramped with long legs

The size of the room was amazing and the "Altbau" style building gave an even bigger overall feel to the room with the huge ceilings. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. There is a kettle in the room which is perfect for making a morning coffee or Tea. Overall great choice and very centrally located in the Schöneberg area with many bars and cafes nearby. The hotel staff were also super friendly and took their time to explain things.

The room was spacy with a beautiful view and an exceptional balcony. The hotel is quite central, loads of café and shop options nearby. cleanness and comfortable bed is also a big plus. The lady at the reception was really nice and friendly, she allowed me to leave my luggage until the check-in time.

The man at the reception at the night hour did sound unfriendly; even rude and was not cooperative at all. The door opener, in this case 'the key' was a bit complicated to use; the way it works should be demonstrated by the hotel staff at least once for all the doors.

I loved the location (the neighbourhood itself is great, and it is very central), the staff (very kind and thoughtful), the cleanliness, quiet rooms and the European feel.

There was nothing I didn't like. However, if you are a North American who prefers very new and modern hotels, then this might not be the best fit for you.

The room was spacious and the bed very confortable. There was also a small balcony, excellent in summer time. It provided a breathtaking close view to the building external decorations.

The breakfast was good but the choice was a bit limited, some cold drinks would have been welcomed. Anyways there were seasonal fresh fruits for a great start in the morning.
